Perfect holiday

This is our 2nd year staying with Alpine elements in Meribel. This year we stayed at chalet Lou Trave which was amazing with a hot tub, sauna, and comfortable ensuite rooms. But a ski holiday is nothing without good hosts, and Haf and Saskia made our stay perfect. 10/10 - As a group we have years of experience on ski holidays and this one will definitely be one of the most memorable, thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Provided the basics of what they promised and advertised. Bare minimum effort. Plus the food was really not good at the hotel we stayed at. Only positive were the staff

Had a wonderful time in hotel Hermine Blanche, the staff were super friendly and tentative to our needs. The hotel was spotless clean and modernised but cosy with gorgeous food served every day. The location was a short walk into town centre. Loved the ski area with a choice of going up super Morzine and towards Alvoriaz or staying more local on the Pleney side- so much choice for skiers especially if you want to venture further afield! Highly recommended.

Just returned from a fabulous week in Morzine with Alpine Elements, staying at Chalet Petit Philibert. Everything was so well organised. The chalet was lovely, food amazing and plentiful, as was the wine. Pete and Rachel were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and all 14 of us felt so well looked after.

We have done many chalet holidays over the years and this ranked very highly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return

This is our 2nd Alpine Elements ski holiday. It was our first holiday in La plagne. We stayed in Chalet Les Oranges Bleu in Plagne 1800. Our host, Marianne, did a great job looking after us, food was good and plentiful wine!
We made good use of the sauna and hot tub. Nice having the tub outdoors on the balcony.
It's not too far to walk down to the lifts in the morning, though you do have to negotiate the steps leading down/up from the chalet to the road. You can ski right back to the chalet at the end of the day once we had someone to show us the way. This saved us carrying our kit back up a slight incline/hill from the end of the nearest piste. There's decent space in the chalet to store boots/skis, heated boot warmers too! Would recommend visiting La Mine in La Plagne 1800 which has live music and a good apres ski vibe.

From booking to holidaying the Alpineelements team were on hand to help. Good communication, timely and accurate all the way.

Chalet les Oranges Bleue - Plagne 1800

Chalet well situated in Plagne1800 about 200m from ski shop and Meleze lift.
Steps upto chalet were uneven/sloped down and broken concrete with no hand-rail. Caution needed.
Lovely chalet design inside with a few challenges. Lots of communal space to sit together. Dining table was too small for 12 people to sit comfortably for meals.
Spiral staircase: lovely design but impractical for lumping heavy ski bags.
Sauna and Jacuzzi : great but could have done with an adjoining shower.
Bedrooms: There were 4 twin rooms, one double room, one triple room with single beds, one family room (basement level, with a double bed and adjoining bunk room). We booked based on website showing 6 twin rooms.
The rooms were a good size. Could have been more storage units and hanging hooks.
Chalet host Marianna very friendly, did a great job on her own mostly. Her meals were tastey and plentiful.
Overall a lovely week with Alpine Elements - this is our 2nd time and would use again. But chalet steps need to be fixed!

Excellent team running this chalet. It’s really charming and the pool, sauna and hot tub was a great addition to our hols. Food was excellent with a good amount of choice. Great access to the bus for avoriaz or morzine. 5 min walk to tie on a hill but very very easy. Would stay again.

First time stopping in a catered chalet and it is a game changer! Eoin and Mae were absolutely fabulous hosts! The meals were delicious and they were both so accommodating! Would definitely come back and stop again!

Hotel Philibert at Christmas was incredible! Everything from the hotel, facilities, food and staff exceeded our expectations. The booking procedure was great, superb pre holiday call and info from Shasta and Sersia... Thank you. The team on site couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We will definitely use Alpine Elements again.

We stayed in Chalet Delphine, Morzine, over New Year 2024/25 and it was absolutely fantastic. The living space is great and really has the wow factor. Our chalet hosts were fantastic and the food was delicious and plentiful - catering really well for children and veggies amongst us. We had great communication from Alpine Elements throughout.

We recently stayed in Tignes over Christmas, and overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Alpine Elements—except for the Christmas Day meal, which unfortunately fell short as we seemed to have been somewhat overlooked.

The hotel is new and ideally located, offering a peaceful retreat away from the busier areas of the resort at 1800 and above. The staff were consistently polite and eager to help. Despite only having worked together for two weeks before our arrival, they were already starting to build great teamwork and are bound to get even better over time.

Alpine Elements offers excellent value for money, delivering a high-quality experience that you might expect to pay significantly more for with larger, more established tour operators.

Excellent holiday with Alpine Elements. Following a summer holiday with the company earlier this year, we came back for Christmas for another fab week. Food was excellent especially Christmas dinner and the staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks for another great family holiday.

I have holidayed with Alpine Elements several times now and cannot fault the superb quality, price or excellent service. This is a company who have worked hard to ensure a great holiday. Our latest, in the first week of the season, was faultless - looking forward to the next.

We were very ill when staying in the chalet in Meribel after eating a meal they prepared and the way in which the company handled it was incredibly poor. Really traumatic experience and won't ever be using them again.

Fantastic holiday in chalet Hermine Blanche in Morzine. Rep Bex led a really friendly and enthusiastic team. Pre holiday phone call was very helpful in planning the week. We made use of almost all of the included activites- fab white-water rafting, high wires and lots of walking/cycling. However, also glad to relax in the hotel pool after a busy day - or sit and watch the sunset ( and para-penters) in the garden with a drink. The hotel was in a great location and we had parking for our car. It was a short walk over the bridge into town.

A wonderful holiday in Morzine. We stayed in chalet Delphine. Hosts Ellen and Max were absolutely fantastic cooking some beautiful meals and providing child friendly alternatives for our 8 year old. Staying with two other lovely families we all had a great time in the chalet. We found Alpine Elements to be the perfect holiday for our family. The included activities were all great fun and we participated in several extras included Parapenting, canyoning and horse riding. Compared to UK prices the activities in Morzine were great value. The multi pass is a fantastic saving too giving access to many extras included all the lifts, swimming pool etc. our youngest child took part in the kids club though it is probably more suited if you are staying in the hotel where it takes place but he did enjoy it. Our week in Morzine is up there with our top holidays perfect for older kids and teenagers. We will definitely using alpine elements again. Thank you
