The staff were excellent. The chalet was top class, Transfer needs some attention.

We had the most wonderful stay at Chalet Elegant. Finn and Elliot were incredible hosts and looked after us so well from start to finish. The quality of the food was absolutely top level — every meal was exceptional. Elliot was amazing on the guitar and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience feel relaxed, welcoming and unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend Chalet Elegant — or Finn and Elliot — highly enough.

We stayed at Chalet Jolie in Meribel with Evie, Lucy and Huxley hosting, and they made it so easy for our big group. The food was spot on, they catered for vegetarians and a vegan without any fuss, and the wine kept flowing. Super accommodating throughout - would 100% recommend.

I don’t know how this company gets good reviews. I felt ripped off by them after they lied about their grubby chalet and facilities. Very poor quality food. Poorly trained and poorly paid young staff. Honestly I could go into detail about how bad they are. The boss ‘Hardiman’ gets involved in customer complaints and is completely unhelpful. Please never use this company thinking you are getting a bargain. There are much better alternatives.

Just back from a weeks skiing. Our party consisted of myself, my son (21) and my friend. We booked room 15 in Hermine Blanche hotel which had twin beds and bunk beds Enough room for us all and really comfy beds. If anything the rooms were too hot even though no heating on but we just left the door open an inch onto the balcony and it was fine.
I found the whole booking process really easy, start to finish. No complaints on the hotel. The food was amazing and the staff were really helpful and friendly
The pool,spa and sauna was a real joy at the end of a day skiing as was the afternoon tea 3 course meals every night - choices chosen every morning
Lovely atmosphere every evening with comfy sofas, free pool and table tennis to use. Games to play and not over priced drinks from the bar Perfect. I have no complaints at all. Hopefully we will be returning next year Thankyou to all the amazing staff
Oh and bus stop right outside the hotel down to the lifts every morning and back up in the evening ran every half hour No hassle Costs just 1.70 euros a day (payable at the end of the week in the hotel) included all buses around town and linking from nearby resorts too

From arriving on Day 1, Tom and Cande welcomed us and instantly we got on brilliantly!
Their food, cakes and overall hosting was amazing!
Always able to chat to them, have a laugh and they made sure to answer all our questions !
Would definitely recommend the Almaty Chalet to anyone coming to the La Plagne area!

We had a great holiday and the hotel was perfect for us. The rooms weren't massive but were more than adequate, the location was beautiful over looking the river, the staff were lovely, and the skiing was fabulous. There are two gondolas to get to the main ski area which don't take long. I would recommend getting a locker at the ski lift so you don't have to lug gear back to the hotel.

We stayed at Chalet Jolie and had the best time- made better by our hosts Evie, Lucy and Huxley. Food was great, chalet was immaculate and they all made us feel very comfortable throughout the week. Would definitely recommend!

The chalet itself was big enough even wit 18 of us, would recommend to anyone.

We stayed in Chalet Jolie in Meribel with Evie, Lucy and Huxley as our hosts and had the best time ever, they were amazing!! The chalet has loads of space for everyone and the lounge area was way better in person than it looked in the photos. The food they cooked us was great and made the experience super easy, not having to think about that each day, and the unlimited wine throughout dinner was an added bonus too! Evie, Lucy and Huxley were so accomodating to us all the time which is a hard job with 18 of us but they made our holiday even better so a massive thank you to them!!❤️

We stayed in Chalet Elegant with hosts Elliott & Finn. We were a family & friends group of nine.
The location in Plagne Villages was great - close to ESF, slopes, lift pass office etc.
The food was delicious & plentiful and our hosts were so friendly and fun. They really went the extra mile to make our holiday a special one.

It was such a nice chalet and we had an amazing host - Elliot. He joined in on everything, made amazing food and was so nice and friendly. He taught us the Cotton Eye Joe dance and brought up his guitar for me to play. We all would sing songs and play the guitar before and after dinner as well as teaching him Australian line dances. He was always on time and with a smile on his face. Finn was also here a lot of the time, helping make the delicious food and joining in on all the fun. Thank you for the best week ever!!

We as a group of 3 have just spent a week in Chalet Well in morzine in a catered chalet and had an absolutely wonderful experience,being looked after by our hosts Sophie and Allessia,the food was outstanding,the menu was a great selection and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts

Tom and Cande (Almach) were fab and so friendly. They looked after us very well, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The gluten free cakes on our return from skiing each day were divine and very much appreciated. Great food and professional hosting overall.

Cande and Tom (Chalet Almach) were great hosts! They were welcoming, friendly and served amazing food! The cakes every afternoon were such a treat :) they really contributed to making this a very special holiday!
