Had representer name Keiran turley came yesterday quote from amber been overpriced just for one small window and one kitchen window for over two grand pathetic and I had a quote the same price but triple glazed under two grand, I feel the advantage of my arthritis poor health, and being on my own,

We had our new windows fitted by Amber Windows on the 7th and 8th of April. The price was very competitive and our fitters, Ian and Allen, were friendly and polite. They cleaned up everywhere on completion and the new windows look lovely.
Any dealings I have had with this company have been positive. There is no pushy sales pitch and they work hard to give you a decent price. I would use them again.

Kole came and fitted a window and patio door, arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great service and windows. Would highly recommend

Just want to let you know about my experience with Amber windows.well where do I start from first contact to completion the whole thing has been an absolute breath of fresh air .Dale the sales guy was very helpful from the start and can honestly say there were none of the old pressure tactics that some of there competitors use just honest advice .after saying we would think about it and seeing other company's we then decided to go with amber about a week later .straightaway they came out measured up and gave us a date for fitting thanks josh.then had a call from brendon to say they were already fabricating our windows and if we had any questions to call him .after a week we decided to have new facias and guttering done at the same time so phoned brendon and sorted with him I didn't realise he was on holiday at the time but he sorted that out for me aswell no proplem .thanks to rich and Dan who came and fitted that loveley job .next came the windows fitted on the exact day they said they would be by James and mel to great guys who were very efficient and tidy once again thanks.after completion had a phone call to see if we were happy with everything and of course we were more than happy they look great. So to conclude a great company to use no pressure. Do what they say .always there to help .price wise not the cheapest but also not the most expensive but a very good high quality product and quality costs so well worth it .so if your looking for new quality windows at a reasonable price do yourself a favour and phone these guys you won't be disappointed. Karl did a fantastic job of fitting our windows and doors. He was very respectful of our home and kept us informed on every step of the installation process.

From initial contact, through the fitting process and the after service every single member of the team were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful and explained everything clearly and concisely so you feel very confident in putting your trust in them to do an excellent job and an excellent job they did do, the materials used are top of the range throuhout. I had 7 windows, 2 sets of french doors and a front door all done in two days and I can honestly say that they have transformed my house not only making it more energy efficient but adding value. 100% recommendation all the way.

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received. I took time off work not once, but twice, to accommodate a quote visit and a follow-up—only to be left completely let down.

I have chased the quote at least 8 times via email and phone. Each time I was given apologies and reassured that it would be sent over, but nothing has ever materialised.

I was even told they would personally chase it up and get it to me, yet another week has passed and still no quote.

This has been a complete waste of my time and has delayed my job unnecessarily. Poor communication and lack of follow-through. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Gone elsewhere.

This is the third time I have used Amber windows. Products are good quality and reasonably priced. Fitters turn up on time and did a fantastic job again, windows and doors look great. All time frames agreed were met. All rubbish/waste removed from site. I would highly rate this company, many thanks to all, including the support staff who are also customer focused, and contact ypu for feedback and to ensure all expectations have been met

Had Jules and Steve come in to install a lounge door and window leading into our conservatory. They arrived a bit early and completed the install in about 3 hours. Very polite, professional finish, much better insulation for sound and heat now!

Amber windows fitted 7 windows and 1 double doors today. They sent 2 most amazing men to do the job.
Tom and Doug were excellent, great couple of guys. Nothing was to much trouble, worked clean, professional and were very polite throughout the day. I would thoroughly recommend Amber Windows. If you get Tom and Doug you will not be disappointed.

the engineer ian reeves who fitted the widows at hurley on wednesday was a very friendly polite person and i would highly recomend his work and the company

Should have been having windows fitted today, but Tom and Doug worked super hard to get 10 windows and 3 doors fitted in two days rather than the predicted three. The house is much quieter now. A great product fitted by professionals. Thanks

I found Amber unfailing responsive and courteous in all my dealings with them. Quotes were prompt and dates were booked in.
The problem came with the installation, which is kinda the key bit. Booked as a two day job, they managed to install five windows and two doors in one day and didn't return - presumably off to the next job.
Unfortunately, the window installation was incomplete, with large voids left around the frame - no filler or sealant applied. The front door had a bowed frame and the installation had detached the original door frame from the wall, leaving a large gap between frame and plaster. There were drafts around the door and it didn't close smoothly.
Back door was installed with hazy glass instead of clear glass.
Rather than picking up what should have been fairly obvious defects in installation and remedying them on the day, or on the second day they had booked, I had to call them back to tell them about the quality of the installation, and await a date for an engineer to come out and spend the day correcting these issues.

Now the windows and doors look fine and the door frame has been fixed. I have to say the quality of the installation doesn't fill me with an enormous amount of hope for the durability of things, so I'm glad there is an insurance backed guarantee.

So we got there in the end, but you will have to carefully inspect the quality of any installation work that is done - sadly they don't seem to do that themselves - and I rather hoped that, as professionals, they would have been the ones to spot and correct the problem, rather than me, as the amateur home owner.

Had a guy called Ian to fit our lounge bay window, well he arrived early sitting outside or property this morning eagerly waiting to fit our job in, i rushed off to work leaving other half at the house, Ian you deserve a medal putting up with him all day while you trying to do your job i can only apologise ,he loves to talk, my window looks absolutely amazing and you cleaned up after,no hicups no ripped wallpaper,the new window ledge looks well fab i am so so happy thank you so much defo recomend you excellent workmanship 2 happy customers
