The claim took a long time to process as St James's Place were slow to process the claim. In the end the outcome was satisfactory and the final call to explain the outcome was handled very well.

Told me I needed their expertise in relation to a claim against SJP. Never gave me any legal advice whatsoever. Didn't reply to numerous chasing emails asking for updates. Incompetent and probably negligent. All they appears to be relying on was SJP TELLING THEM IF I HAD A CLAIM and then taking 40% in fees for the privilege. Quite literally the worst legal firm I have ever dealt with. Clearly just in it for the money.

After the initial telephone interview AMK took over completely. I received regular updates by Text or email during what turned out to be a lengthy process. This was quite understandable considering the number of claims involving St James Place.

AMK were great in my claim with St James Place. Despite the lengthy dispute, they always kept me updated on the progress and gave information on what was happening. When successful, ID was easy to upload for settlement.

Absolutely useless!
Spent 11 months chasing SJP myself as AMK sat back and did nothing.
I made constant calls to SJP and relayed information to AMK.
Was originally told by AMK that I had a very strong case and it was very complex which was why my claim was taking so long.
11 months later, I've just found out there is no case to win.
I've been fobbed off , lied to and fooled by AMK.
Please do not trust this company, bunch of useless con artists!

Although this claim took roughly nine months I was informed every month without fail about the situation.
I received texts and emails throughout.
In the final few weeks I provided Information that was requested but had to repeat it a couple of times as I think ‘wires were crossed’ between departments in the company.
