BL3 6NJ.l have asked them to stop and who governs them.Twenty minutes on the phone l could stay no longer.They are saying l was missold an investment not true.

Successfully pursued a claim for me against SJP. Five stars for that. But their communications are poor, rarely reply to emails, you have to phone to get a response. Then they offered a £10 M&S Voucher if I posted a review. I reviewed them twice, using the link provided, but no Voucher has been forthcoming. Emailed them about it - you've guessed it, no response. They really need to make good their own claims, and start treating their customers with more respect.
