SH@T company, hidden APR (18%). ridiculous and nasty to deal with.

Previous tenant used them for their car and is in arrears. We returned letters to sender, and eventually called them to tell them that they no longer lived at our address. They refuse to stop sending letters. Every other company we’ve asked to stop sending letters to previous tenants have ceased and desisted, yet they continue to ignore us. Awful company and awful customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Auto Motor Money Finance. After my car finance loan was approved, I cancelled it the next day due to an outrageously high APR—before even collecting the car from the dealership. I spoke to one of their staff, who assured me that I could purchase the car directly from the dealership and that Auto Motor Money Finance would request their money back.

Following her advice, I paid the dealership myself, but a few months later, the finance company began chasing me for the refund. To make matters worse, my account manager reported a missed payment on my credit file, despite the fact that I had no monthly payments to make. When I requested a copy of the phone call where their staff gave me this advice, they conveniently couldn’t provide it—likely because they knew it would confirm their error.

In the end, I had to go through the hassle of retrieving the money from the dealership myself and paying them back directly. This entire experience was a nightmare, and I regret ever doing business with them. I wouldn’t recommend Auto Motor Money Finance to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.

I paid off my finance in full last week and forgot to cancel my standing order. Contact AMMF and would like to give a shout out and thank you to Darcy. She has been so supportive in resolving my query and called me this morning to discuss on my reimbursement. Such speedy service and my query resolved within a day of making contact. I'm now awaiting my reimbursement and Darcy has advised she'll keep in communication until the reimbursement is received to complete my issue/query. Stunning behaviour! Thank you so much again <3
