Simpelthen en super elendig kundebetjening i både AO Kokkedal og AO Helsingør. Man kommer ind med en forespørgsel, hvor man bliver betjent af to forskellige medarbejdere, hvor de begge virker sure, ligeglade og nærmest har travlt med at komme videre i livet. En skam man ikke kan give 0 stjerner!

Elendig service og håbløs til at levere vare på adresse

I have wrote to the CEO yet this company has admitted to damaging my property … there behaviour is like Mafia and gangs …. I would never buy any products again. It so shameful that a company is used by insurance company ! The team in Bolton at AO are vindictive and running the business like a gang! As they say “ The fish always rots from the head downwards”

These guys are thieves. They damaged my property and agreed to pay part cost to the damages and are refusing to release the money . Nasty company. Wrote the CEO mr Roberts but with his millions he has incompetent guys collecting salaries and lazy!!

I have just taken delivery of an American Fridge Freezer and from the purchase to the delivery I can only say positive things.
This is the second thing I have bought from AO, the first being a washing machine, which due to husband not emptying pockets, broke in the first 11 months. AO sent someone out in 4days, he replaced the drum, and we never heard anything else. My experience has been extremely positive and I would recommend them

You have to 'phone if you have a faulty product, they an automatic service says they'll put you through to the manufacturer -then cut you off when you try and put your order number in. They have a duty regarding faulty goods they sell, which they are evading.

I brought a Samsung TV which broke after 16 months and although out of warranty I had the extra insurance,however I was then told that the insurance didn't cover TVs and so I couldn't claim on the policy. Talk about a complete rip off!!!

AO sold me an AEG Steam oven which malfunctioned before the warranty date and then refused to replace the item or provide a full refund. Their AEG Steam ovens are not made to last. The previous two I bought from AO had similar issues and packed up in less than two years. These ovens cost more than £900. I am livid, and out of pocket. Not having a Steam oven has made my chronic illness worse.
I have asked for a new oven but they refused to provide me with one. I would like this oven to be replaced with a Neff or Bosch one. I understand they are better quality.

Hvad pokker er det der er galt med AO, det er stort set hver gang, er det fordi jeg er tømrer og at spørge om lidt hjælp er no go? Og det derfor udløse dårlig adfærd, og nej der var ikke travlt, der var flere ansatte end kunder, faktisk var jeg den eneste kunde lige da jeg kom ind!.
Hvis i ikke vil havde andre end vvs folk ind i jeres forretning, så sorter os andre venlige håndværkere fra ved ikke at give os en konto

Jeg ville købe et produkt og havde brug for hjælp. Desværre forstyrrede jeg midt i morgenmaden. Blev bedt gå hen og kigge på hylden. Ved anden henvendelse var der ingen hjælp at få, blot en pris. Måbende dårlig service. Komisk.

Recycling centre in Telford a joke, ok if your Polish or Romanian

Bought a beko dryer in October , after 5 months it’s full of heat cracks. Beko says it’s ao responsibility and ao say it’s down to beko who refuse to do anything , I pay insurance monthly who won’t do anything as it’s working , rubbish customer service and care from all 3 company’s , stuck with a dryer that looks 10 years old , will not ever buy from any of these again , terrible experience, oh and they trying to say it’s accidental damage even though it’s under some stairs , honestly still schocked that no one will help

I purchased a laptop that was delivered 3 days ago. Within 2 days it developed a fault. Rang to request a return/refund, 30 minute wait to be told must get a fault report from manufacturer. Emailed manufacturer, no phone number available, still awaiting response. Rang AO back and again asked to return it and mentioned my statutory rights, still met with refusal, without report from manufacturer. Spent most of the day trying to resolve what should be a straightforward refund/replacement.
Last time I deal with this company

They charge £100 for “electrician ” to connect your cooker.
They refused to do it saying the cable was burnt it was only dirty and I need a qualified electrician . He was only a delivery driver

From the minute I opened the door to the delivery driver, the look on his face and his Erratic behaviour you could see he was ready to do the off. He took one look underneath the old washing machine and started crying like a big baby about his lack of improvisation, saying he refused to pull the machine out in case it ripped the Lino. I explained that I had cancer and didn’t need the hassle, I also explained too that a repair man I’d used a year ago managed it on his own, the driver and his mate were like the Norman Wisdom ( twins ) All they wanted to do was get home, I could see that from the minute he started crying like a giant baby. My advice to other customers is don’t buy and pay for the full delivery, included was ( unpack install and take away the old machine ) Even better, my advice is don’t buy from AO at all.AO are only interested in taking your money, ( within hours of paying ) then employing some robot like customer service advisor to offer a plastic apology, and offer a refund for the extras within 3/5 days. Always eager to take the money from customers, but not so eager to refund as quickly. Both the company the the driver and his mate were about as much use as earplugs at Nagasaki. Rude at best leaving an unwell person to sort the issue out myself, they were both aware of my situation. I gave a one star review because it wouldn’t give me a Zero option. Thanks AO for having no concern, I won’t be using you again, I’d advise anyone else not to. At the end of the day you can delegate authority but not responsibility, the responsibility is yours to employ the correct people, not Norman Wisdom and his twin brother.

Rang and was told they price match Installs. I then searched the net and found a company ( Currys ) £60 cheaper. Rang AO back they don't price match installs. I explained i was asked to go and research as they did price match. ask asked to speak to a manager but no one rang. Rang back to ask why and was told by AO we do price match installs. When we looked Currys had changed to a lower price and taken off the cheaper install. So i went searching again and found John Lewis were cheaper. I rang back yet again to be told we don't price match installs. To date 3 say they do price match and 4 say they don't. I am still waiting for nearly a week to get a call from a manager.

My husband paid a premium installation service for a dishwasher, and the installation team came and left left with the machine working and informing me 'all ok' - however when their chosen cycle finished I opened the machine and discovered a loud shuddering noise when the door was opened and even louder when closing the door - next day I called Customer Service and was given a 3-day appointment to have the problem fixed only to find on the appointed day there was a no show from the fixers, I called to ask where the fixers were and customer services were insistant we were called/messaged to change the date, however, neither of our 4 devices has any record of receiving any comms from them - and to make thing even worse their Customer service who promised to return my calls did not - calls no 3 and 4 to a manager did not change their suck-it-up and accept attitude so we have no choice but to accept another date OR get our own company to rectify their bodged job and they will refund the premium charged - this company do not have any contingency measures and they seem to take the Pontus Pilot attitude for when things go wrong - Having recommended in the past It's with a heavy heart that I cannot recommend them or their servics, because of this unresolved experience and the probelms it has caused - (in between placing the order and receiving it my husband had a heart attack which is why i'm writing this review of this experience)

Bought a new washing machine and paid the £50 extra for removal of old washing machine, installation of new machine and disposal of all rubbish. Wish I hadn't, complete waste of money.
Two very young lads, clearly under pressure with work load, clearly had very little time to spend providing the service I had paid for and limited knowledge. One came in, looked under the sink "yep, we can do that" then he went out to the lorry and the other came in "fiddled around under the sink for a few minutes then said"sorry we can't do this job" I asked why and he said the jubilee clip around your waste pipe is snapped and we can't remove it. I looked at it, it wasn't snapped at all, but noticed he was trying to loosed the large screw with a tiny screwdriver. I got him a large screwdriver and it was undone. Then, failing to turn off the water supply correctly they flooded my kitchen floor with water, went outside and were mucking about. Then I saw them running with my new unpacked machine. My heart in my mouth praying they don't drop it. They put the new machine in, fail to level it, fail to properly test it, just switch it on and video water going into the powder drawer for a few seconds. Then leave. I go to put all my things back in the cupboard under the sink and there is water everywhere, the sink plumbing hasn't been fitted back properly and my jubilee clip to hold the waste pipe is nowhere to be found. So I have to go to the hardware shop to buy another clip and spend the rest of the afternoon re- doing the plumbing and clearing up the mess and then running the machine and levelling it. Then picking up all the pieces of broken polystyrene left out on the road. I received a survey text via my mobile but no follow up by customer services to enquire re my disappointment. Taken my money and totally no interest that they failed to deliver the service I paid for. Would never recommend paying for installation or removal by this team.
