Hey, Thank you for leaving your review for AOP+, The shipping time frame we have on our products are the best that we can have for now, as what you have requested for express shipping to all orders is a bit costly to our app users which will make them pay more than the product cost is the reason why we do not offer it. As for the quality of the shirt, we will be in touch for that for further assistance. We know we have a lot to improve with our application and process, we are still growing and getting our users feedback is important to us.
Great customer service
I have used customer service chat feature a few times and they are always helpful and friendly. Great for newbies like me.

Customer service absolutely second to…
Customer service absolutely second to none, the application however a nightmare to work with and I am talking from a tech savvy person's perception.
Many users complain about the application, yet nothing has been done so far.
I expect a service I use not to be a time consuming one and I cannot say this about AOP+
I believe the obsolete, complicated and unclear software will cost them a lot of clients.
I must admit the product choice is above average though.

The owner is very transparent and easy to get in touch with, customer service is stellar! 24/7 available and very helpful. Not all POD do get in touch through the phone, they do! The quality of their product and printing is superb! Best POD and very transparent on everything, they don't give false promises!
