I like the lawn chair.
I like the lawn chair, the style and color. I wish it didn’t sit so low, but all lawn chairs do. Sort of hard to get up and out of it because I am older.

I'm disabled and this chair fit perfectly in our RV. It's so handy for getting up and moving around our trailer. It came just in time for our family reunion. We're thinking of purchasing another kind of chair for my husband before hunting season. Very comfortable and we can use it with our generator.

Difficult to assemble even though we hired an installer. Also, a plastic piece broke off from the crank assembly. We are awaiting a replacement part from you.

I had to reach out to customer service regarding a part that broke during installation and they were incredibly quick to respond! After explaining the situation, they came back that same day with a solution and replacement part was shipped within a few days. They were kind, courtesy and very understanding.
