The only problem I had with this…
The only problem I had with this company was FedEx, not leaving the packages at my house. I had to redirect and go sign and find a FedEx place to pick up at other than that. My experience with them was good.

Just got my glider chair put together
Just got my glider chair put together. Would have given you 5 stars but there weren’t enough washers included in the order. Fortunately I’m one of those guys who hordes all sorts of hardware stuff so it was no problem.

The price was good
The price was good, no charge for delivery. It took a couple of days longer….but in all fairness the holiday probably was the issue.
The size was extra tight on our frame and we barely got it on. It is 10 by 10 but this was purchased because I hoped it was a bit larger…so not a perfect fit. We had to have a replacement as the weather brought a small tornado which tore the old one off.

Delivery was as stated on time with no problems. Was really surprised at the quality of the product. nicely made, Great sale price. I was looking for seat cushions but found these chairs for less than what I would pay for cushions . When Aosom has sales their good ones . If you need a few extra chairs or want to add to your exsisting collection and not into anything fancy but more practical these are a great buy and will fill your needs.

This is one of the easiest assembly that I have seen. My husband and I did it together and the instructions were right on point. I don’t know, but from the instructions I think it was manufactured in the USA

Some of the pieces did not line up…
Some of the pieces did not line up properly, on 1 of the chairs I ordered , was going to send it back for a replacement .

Delivery Issue Quickly Resolved
My order was set up with the wrong delivery address. I called Customer Service and the representative went out of her way to contact FedEx and correct the address before it was delivered. It was successfully delivered to the right address. She was VERY helpful.
