DO NOT BUY unless you want to lose $500 . I got a dress that kept popping up on my instagram ads - their website looked nice and appealing - the dress actually looks nothing like the photos. I wanted to place a return - Ive been trying to contact them and there is no one that responds. Finally after 4 weeks of emailing them and messaging them on their website, a lady named Frances responded to me. She says they will get back to me and they never do! They are not legit! I contacted them again yesterday and nothing. I am so disappointed I really cant afford to loose $500 for nothing. :( I hope they read this because if I dont get a response I will blast them on my instagram page with 50k followers.

Never order there again

Lack of transparency regarding costs for imports into European countries. High additional cost. Non-existent customer service. No answers to inquiries. Long delivery time.

Appalling

I really wished I’d looked at TrustPilot before I’d placed an order. Firstly the order was never sent. I requested it be cancelled as the clothes would arrive too late for the event I’d purchased them for. Immediately after that they sent the clothes, claiming they’d already done so before receiving my cancellation email. I returned the items and received an email from them two weeks ago saying they’d received them but radio silence since. No refund and no reply to my two emails chasing them. Now will be contacting my bank and Trading Standards. I’ve no idea how this company hasn’t been closed down….

Agree with everyone

Agree with everyone. This company is a scam. I ordered items for £800 and never received anything. It’s now been 3,5 weeks and customer service never responds. I’ve had to report this as a scam to my bank.

This is the worst customer experience

This is the worst customer experience that I've ever encountered - it's none existent.
As many here already mentioned, there are extra customs costs which are around 50% from the order cost. But that's only part of the problem.
I've ordered the items to a forwarding service in Greece that was supposed to ship it to my country.
But the package was never delivered. I had to write myself to the local post office to find out that I can only collect the items in person after paying the customs - and I do not live in Greece.
I've contacted the support on March 31st and after Frances Clark personally via Whatsapp number and email (because I've never received a reply).
And I never received any reply - only that they'll look into it. I've asked for a refund as I even didn't get my items and didn't get any response to that either.
DON'T ORDER THERE, if anything goes wrong, you'll just loose your money

Customs Costs & Missing Item from Order

I made the order without letting me know of the customs cost. They never replied as I asked for returning the package and having a refund. Thus, I chose to pay the customs (50% of the total value of the order!). When I received it, it was missing an item! They never replied. I am still waiting.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS

This company should not be allowed to sell anything they should be shut down.

Where is the refund? It is over 3 weeks late. I can't believe how terrible this company is and how it rips people off. Never ever buy from them. I will be pursuing this further.

I want the money back NOW to my partner that brought this for me for my birthday and even though it was sent to a returns address in Derby and they confirmed receipt - NOTHING.

NO WORDS as a small business owner you give us a bad name.

No communication and no refund issued

No communication and no refund issued. It’s really not complicated to do. I returned and received notification the goods had been received back to perfect nomad over two weeks ago. Still waiting! Radio silence. Do not order. They have over £400 of my money

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Stay away from this brand!
I made a purchase at the beginning of February, but I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. After several emails to customer service, they replied that they were preparing my order, but I never received any further updates.

A few days later, I contacted them again to ask what was happening, and they informed me that the item I had chosen was out of stock in the UK and would be shipped from Spain instead. Then, after another couple of weeks, I finally received an email with the tracking number, but the item remained stuck at the warehouse in Spain for almost ten days. At that point, I contacted customer service again to request a refund, and at least I was able to get my money back.

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. I ordered a dress that had a 48hr dispatch time. I contacted them an after 4 days to be told they had sold out in my Country and it was coming from Spain. Waited another 4 days for a dispatch email and tracking number…nothing. Contacted them again for them to say they would ‘chase their courier’ and get back to me(there is no tracking number so it was never dispatched).
Still waiting for them to get back to me.

Beware of customs traps. I paid over 100 euros in import duties for two dresses worth 300 euros. The company is based in the UK and does not mention the additional customs fees. Overall, the product is completely overpriced both in terms of cut and material and is nothing special.

Vorsicht Zollfalle. Ich habe für zwei Kleider im Wert von 300 Euro über 100 Euroeinfuhrzölle bezahlt. Die Firma sitzt in GB und weist nicht auf die zusätzlichen Zollgebühren hin. In top ist die Ware sowohl im Schnitt, als auch vom Material völlig überteuert und nichts besonderes.

ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVED FOR 40 days now

The order was placed on Aug 31 and directly charged from my account, a skirt for 142 euros.
Is October 9 and I do not have received the item yet.
Communication is close to zero reply.
Nothing is happening at all.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THIS PAGE.

Stilo waiting for response re refund

Still haven't received any response to numerous emails after returning an item 3 weeks ago (royal mail tracked so I know it was delivered). Have also reached out on Facebook. Still waiting for refund.

Bad customer service

I ordered some garments from this company because it was written that delivery in Europe was for free. Prices indicated in euros. Paid around 400е
The package arrived from UK and we had to pay customs fees!!!!!! 143 euro!
I wanted to return everything!
Then I wrote mail and contacted the company per Instagram. No reaction couple of days despite my daily trials to reach them. Then I wrote a report here and they came back to me…. Sent return label and promised to return money and compensate customs fees.
I sent garments back and paid another 29 euros.
They paid back for the returned garments but never for customs fees as they promised!!!
Now they don’t even receive my instagram messages! Looks like I am blocked
So paid 173 euro for this experience

Do not buy from this brand! Absolutely the worst customer experience I've had in years. After 1 month of not shipping my order, and countless unanswered messaged, they finally agreed to refund my order. But no, no refund came, neither any replies to my follow up messages. I had to go through PayPal resolution centre to get my money back. So much time and energy wasted. Not the business I'd trust or support ever again.

Trust the reviews!

I ordered a dress which may or may not be beautiful. I can’t tell you because it went to the wrong address. I didn’t realise that my address hadn’t saved and the default address had kicked in. I paid for express shipping. I emailed seconds after paying, as soon as I realised the address issue. It took a few days but I got a reply saying that it wasn’t a problem to send to the right address. It’s a different country so I offered to pay more. I didn’t hear anything for a few days so I chased up. The dress was shipped the day after that (so much for express) but I then got a tracking notification that it has been sent to my home address instead of the amended address. I emailed repeatedly but got no answer, and I also messaged on Instagram.

I have given two stars because an item has been delivered even though I have no idea what it’s like or even if it’s the right item. That said, the customer service is absolutely abysmal, especially for such expensive items. I cannot recommend this company, unfortunately.

I ordered a long white dress for €230. Received the dress crammed into a small box. Totally crinkled! Not the quality I expected for my money, so decided to return the dress.

The company answered quickly when I asked for the return adress, but haven’t heard anything from them since!! Been waiting on my refund for 2 months now.
