During a difficult purchasing period with many issues and challenges (down to solicitors not AP Morgan) I felt AP were on my side and there to help. In particular that goes for Ilene at the Redditch branch who has been an absolute rock. I genuinely don’t know how I’d have coped with the situation without her, in fact the whole thing might have fallen through without her. Always on hand, supportive, responsive and effective. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Ilene, an absolute gem and credit to the company. I’d highly recommend AP Morgan to anyone.
