I can’t even put into words how brilliant Charlotte has been. I haven’t had the best of luck with property searching up to now and I’m sure she plays a big part. She seems to want to get to know both buyer and seller and ensure both parties are the right fit for a purchase which is like nothing I’ve come across before. She makes you feel at ease and nothing seems to big of an ask or no question feels too silly. She is a real star and I’m grateful our paths have crossed through this process. The remainder of the team that I have come into contact with have all been professional yet approachable. Would really recommend 💕
