I went into Archers just for a browse, not expecting to find anything, but Stuart was incredible! He listened to all my needs and showed me so many options. He was patient and listened to my budget and found me the best deal. I was so happy with the service that I purchased a bed frame and mattress on the spot. He also arranged for the bed to be held for me until I was ready for it. He made the process so easy and enjoyable. Stuart is an asset to this store and company and I look forward to buying more beds and mattresses from him!

Allan Mclay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman but gave us space to think what we wanted. There was a problem with the delivery driver and Allan went out of his way to get our mattress into his store. So all credit to him. Thanks Allan

We have used the company before and we got the same man Steve he was very helpful and gave my mum all his attention some places we visited talk to me and disregard my mum but he was also very patient with her as she asked a lot of questions well done Steve Cumbernauld .a good experience

I had a really good experience visiting the bed shop. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for without putting any pressure on me. There was a good range of beds and mattresses to choose from, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

The whole experience was relaxed and straightforward, and I would happily recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

We have recently bought a riser recliner chair and today took delivery of 2 single beds with matresses & protectors.
For both purchases the salesmen (Andrew re chair and Jim re beds) were knowledgeable and helped us to make informed choices.
We had the special offer leaflet so had free delivery & recycling of old chair & bed plus 20% discount so pleased with the price.
The delivery men were efficient & polite. Both purchases came well within the possible timeframe. Chris was helpful in getting us a time for delivery today.
All in all would definitely recommend Archers Ayr.

Archer’s customer service is good but unfortunately they do not have their own delivery service and that is where the everything falls apart. I received no messages from the delivery company (DX) prior to the delivery attempts. Even when I told them I would be away for a few days, they still allegedly attempted delivery on those dates. At the end the DX claimed that they had attempted unsuccessful delivery multiple times (with nothing to prove their claim and no messages/emails/notes to me) and returned the item to the seller. What is the point of a delivery service if they do not inform you about the date and time of delivery in advance. I have now asked for a refund from Archers and will never order with them again.

I am always concerned when purchasing large ticket items off the internet. I noted reviews for this company and also the fact they had physical showrooms alleviated my concern somewhat.
I can honestly say this company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I had a problem with my mattress and contacted Archers. The response was so quick and the solution so satisfactory I would recommend this company to anyone. Good to see a company that values it's customers.

This was the first time we had dealt with Archers. It has been an excellent experience from placing an order with Harry Gray in Dundee to the delivery of the mattress to us here in Inverness by Aithome delivery who carried it into the bedroom for us. The whole process was smooth and efficient and we would definitely use Archers again. Very impressive!

We had a fantastic experience with Ian who helped us choose and purchase our new beds. Ian was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without making us feel pressured.

Customer service was.excellent. We were given all information about products to suit us as at gd price.

Warm friendly welcome into the shop at Hillington (Wes) but no pressure, free to look around without being stalked! Wes was great - after we browsed we had a chat and he guided us towards mattress options that might be suitable once he knew more about what we were looking for. We were only in to browse and get ideas - but Wes was so helpful that we ended up making a purchase. Great deal, excellent service - very happy customers!
