Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff
The staff were knowledgeable and really helpful. The salesman actually remembered us from a previous visit and politely corrected a misunderstanding we had which almost had us buying an unsuitable mattress. Would recommend

Pleasant experience
I was pleasantly surprised about the overall experience buying a bed for my son. Archers was the only store where we could buy an extra long small double for reasonable money. Frame/headboard and mattress selection was good. Came into the store on multiple occasions and always was made welcome. Jason was very pleasant and made the experience of buying a bed for a teenager very easy - my son was the customer not me. Delivery and assembly went well. Would recommend!

Still waiting on the correct bed side…
Still waiting on the correct bed side table to be delivered six weeks later yet again it’s me that has to chase them up “ we are at the mercy of the German company who deliver” was told at least the clip arrived for the wardrobe that didn’t come with the wardrobe itself granted I had to fit them myself really really poor tbh I would not recomend this company to anyone and would plead with people to look elsewhere specially if you want value for money.

Great experience
We bought a mattress from Archers on great western road and had a great experience with Campbell. Great experience
Great experience. I came in a few months ago and had no idea what I wanted. The gentleman was so helpful. This was the reason I went back. We tried a few other local bed shops and no one acknowledged me. So we went back to your store. Sandy was so helpful. Went through all our options and helped us to save a bit too. There was no pressure he even went away to let us chat and look around at different beds and mattresses. Great friendly service, thank you.
