Archer is responsible for distributing…
Archer is responsible for distributing funds from a settlement in which I am involved. On May 22, 2026, I received an email stating that my funds were ready for distribution and that I would receive a follow-up email from a specific email address listed in the document within 5–10 business days.
The 10-business-day window ended on June 8, 2026. During that time, I regularly monitored my inbox, spam folder, and junk mail folder, but I never received the promised email.
On June 12, 2026, I began contacting Archer to resolve the issue. I was told that two emails had been sent to me; however, I never received either of them. I explained this to every representative I spoke with, yet no one was able to provide a solution or explain why the emails were not received. As of today, I still have no answers. I have repeatedly been told that my case has been escalated, but no one has clearly explained the escalation process, the cause of the delay, or what specific steps are being taken to resolve the issue.
I have repeatedly requested to speak directly with someone in the distribution department, only to be told that the department does not have a phone number. I have also asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor to obtain clarification and updates. Each time, I was assured that a supervisor would call me back. Despite those assurances, I have never received a return call.
Since June 12, I have contacted Archer daily in an effort to get answers, yet I remain in the same position with no resolution and very little information. The lack of communication, transparency, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, Archer has provided some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the same experience.
