not great product quality but good customer service
Sent the wrong swimsuit and the silicon swimming cap broke when I tried to put it in for the first time.
However, customer service was very helpful with quick responses so I got the swimsuit I want resent and got a refund for the cap after sending it back.

Postage expenses
Really good experience but it would be much better if the free shipping was for smaller total purchase and for faster delivery. Now have to pay £3 for 48h delivery which is too much

The customer service in Canada is awful
The customer service in Canada is awful
The company does not return calls, the email answering time is lagging behind, they do not actually answer the question about return which resulted in impossibility to return the item. I was not able to get the refund and my case took for 4 months to be partially resolved
