Ares Sportswear Avis 

The website is difficult to use. They embroidered the wrong name on the jacket and I’m now working through getting that fixed. The jackets look great but it’s been a bit of a hassle to get them ordered and accurate.

This is my fourth year.
Did not get apparel when promised.
Was not notified immediately that certain items were not in stock.
Still have not received my rebate for opening the on line store.
Have called several times without talking to someone and no return calls.
Don’t know why I continue with Ares???

We really liked our shirts and Ares was easy to work with despite that it sometimes took me awhile to respond. The only reason it was not five stars is that my contact changed in the middle of all this and some corrections that were made early on were not captured. I did catch one which was changed however the misspelling on our team name was not. It was spelled correctly in the back but not in the front. It was fine as the name was just not spelled the way we were spelling it vs it be a total misspell.
Will still use Ares in the future!

Bags done quickly and look great

Quality of the product was ok, but it took an extra two months on back order for me to receive one article of clothing.

Had a team store built for my sports team and there were several issues with getting it set up. It took multiple weeks to get the store fully set up and situated. Prices seemed to be rather high for the items. Shipping took longer than said it would. Had an athlete order an item and when the order came in, the item never came. She received an email that day that said the item was discontinued and was given a refund. Very unsure of how the item was on the store but was a discontinued item. Will not be using again.

The sales representatives that I worked with were all very professional and provided excellent customer service. The items were shipped promptly. My teammates are very satisfied with the quality of the shirts.and reasonable prices.
I will be recommending this company to other teams looking for uniforms.

My team placed their order in mid August with a deliver date in September. There was a glitch in the system so our order did not get processed on time and the apparel started to come in weeks after that. We are still receiving items to this day.

Very disappointed in how long this took.

I was very disappointed with everything. It sounded great at first, but it was WAY to much work and time invested! CONSTANTLY having to email, text and call to get everything the way I wanted. I was VERY stressed out, as I had a deadline for my High School class reunion and they knew this. I had SOO many problems with changing the artwork, that THEY originally had produced! After I was in too deep with all of this, I found out that they OUTSOURCE the artwork to INDIA (or somewhere like that - SO NOT HAPPY about THAT as I THOUGHT I was dealing with a LOCAL company in Hilliard Ohio!) ALL of the items that I picked out for the online store (over the phone) were NOT initially added to the store! I had to make more phone calls and emails to get this resolved! AFTER everything was said and done, one of the reps said there was a MUCH better way for me to pick all the items I wanted, by looking online and clicking on what I wanted! THAT would have been SOOO MUCH EASIER! I text the rep about the hooded zip up sweatshirt and she told me it would be embroidered. When I received it, it was NOT! It was just screen printed! I probably would NOT had purchased it if I knew this! It was a bit pricey in my opinion! And they said they could not do the last/small line at the bottom because it would be unreadable, but after getting it, I think it WOULD have been fine, if they left the line in there like I wanted! Because of all the different brands, the sizes and descriptions are hard to figure out! As a result both of my items are too big. One I am ok with being too big, but not the other one! I will have to go to a seamstress to make it smaller, because my bra is showing WAY too much as it is! THIS is WHY I HATE ordering things online! I would MUCH rather shop a brick and mortar store! Very frustrating experience, so I would not recommend them.

Everyone I spoke with was awesome. I couldn't remember the sales agent I worked with last and the rep I spoke with was amazing and helped a ton. Then my sales agent called me to confirm everything and help me place the order and correct my items. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service.
