There was a glitch with one of the crossword puzzles. I wrote them about it and they got it fixed.
I can work on the puzzle again.
I don't remember the date, so i have to make a wild guess.

They respond quickly (although in my case the hemisphere difference means 12 hours) and in every case have resolved the issues I've had. They are the poster children for human website assistance.

There was an issue with my score getting to the leaderboard. Contacted support and got a fast response asking for more info, I replied and everything was sorted within 24hrs. The support team were helpful, friendly and clear about the additional info.

This is how you do customer service
Arkadium has earned another gold medal for customer service. I sent a request for help on a Saturday, and got a reply in less than a day. Not only was the reply helpful and friendly, Olga (the tech specialist) contacted me a couple of times without prompting to make sure my issue had been resolved.
This is the second excellent experience I have had with customer service at Arkadium. Well done folks!

They instantly respond to any little issues you're having which may be caused by my own browser or PC. They give ways to test and pin it down.
Love the USA "Easy Crossword" because I'm not up on current events and TV shows so those clues would be lost on me. Fun puzzles with themes !
