The package was delivered to the wrong…
The package was delivered to the wrong address by their courier, rather than take ownership, told me to go collect it and fix their error, then failed to respond to communication via email, did also attempt to speak to contact their customer support however they are not customer facing.

Couldn`t be bothered.
I ordered this part and paid an additional £8.95 for express delivery because it was for a job that was time critical. Two days after ordering , and one before the expected delivery, I noticed the the express delivery charge had been refunded without explanation. Consequently the part turned up two days after the job was finished. Why offer express delivery when you can`t be bothered to see it through ? I now have two clutch release fork bushes (for £35.00) that I`ll probably never use. Cheers Arnold Clark Autoparts.
