I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered when it had not. However it was delivered the following day. Artigiano explained that it had been a computer error. I was pleased with my purchase.

Lovely items. Very easy to order, items arrived well packaged and when expected, delay for one item awaiting stock was exactly as predicted. Return for one top was straightforward. Efficient service.

As long as I go through the phone line then it is easy but on-line is difficult as it never accepts my orders even though I use the correct password! The orders always arrive promptly and are extremely well packed. And the sales people are friendly and helpful.

I find the website easy to access and navigate. With my recent purchase the website stated that there was a two week wait to be despatched but I actually received the item with a fortnight.

I do find that in recent years the colours and design of some of the items have been drab which has deterred me from purchasing. I have found that there have been only a couple
Of items I have liked whereas at one time I was spoilt for choice.

Also, once I have received the catalogue I have found the item already out of stock which has been very disappointing.

Have always found your website excellent and when I have had to contact you by phone the staff are very helpful. One small problem - it does seem to take longer than other sites to credit my bank on the odd occasion when I have had to return items.

My parcel arrived in a cardboard box that was smashed and badly torn. Amazingly the two items were still inside and not damaged. I like the style of the clothes but they are expensive and some fabrics are not worth the price. The jumper I ordered is a lovely colour and good shape but I worry about washing it. The trousers have to be returned as they are too long and baggy in the upper part. Why are the lengths so widely different - seem to go from short to long (though called regular). The special offer made this order possible for me but I doubt I would pay full prices.

It is a really beutifull shirt/tunic. I am a busty size 16 and it fits perfectly.

These are really lovely trousers- or I think they are known as Prowsers this year. Wonderful print with great colours that go with lots of my tops, jackets and shoes. And a lovely soft material.
So, why not give them 5 stars?? Well it's all to do with comfort round the middle. These trousers have some very stiff elastic on each side of the waist band. This makes them unnecessarily tight and therefore uncomfortable. I have had to go up a size - usually get a 12 from Artigiano, but got a 14, which are a bit big but the waist is still too tight. Hope to have the elastic altered, then they should be very useful.

Ordering from the catalogue can be frustrating, if you order as soon as you receive the latest edition and expect to pay the full amount, often there will be several weeks wait before the item is available. If you delay, even for a week, the item is usually sold out. Over the last few months I have received frequent updated brochures where an item is stated as "new to this addition" when it has appeared in the previous one. Clearly Artigiano needs to review it's stock control in relation to the catalogue, they are not compatible and the customer is left disappointed. Having said that, when an item is available, the service is great is every respect.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND ORDERING, ITEMS IN STOCK AND LENGTH OF TIME UNTIL DELIVERY. BEAUTIFULLY WRAPPED ON ARRIVAL. NO FUSS AT ALL IF EXCHANGE/REFUND WANTED. THE FABRIC USED FOR THE SUMMER PULL ON TROUSERS IS STRIKING AND VERY CHEERY.
