MONA UK Avis 

I have been a customer with Artigiano for approx.20 years now and have never had reason to complain. Their collections have always had something for most tastes. I especially like the new ranges of Mona, Rabe,Toni and Barbara Lebek. Garment fabrics are always of good quality.This is a very exciting move. I look forward to receiving their catalogues. Delivery times are good and most important for me is their excellent returns service.

I have enjoyed Artigiano fashions for many years and have always been very satisfied with the style, finish and value until other makes were introduced. I was always able to order the same size when buying Artigiano and received the expected fine quality, well made clothes. Now I have to order what I think is the right size and then, usually, return and reorder because Moda and Toni (in particular) are much smaller than Artigiano, also the quality is not up to the same standard as before in relation to the cost.

Service and delivery are excellent. The clothes I have bought have been good quality and very comfortable.

Mostly I am very pleased with Artigiano. Unfortunately through illness I have gained so much weight but you have been able to help with good clothing. I just wish you offered more discounts for customer such as myself. I have also invited my friends to use your company which they are doing. x

This is a lovely dress, good Artigiano quality and style, but more afternoon than evening. That was one of the reasons I returned it, and the other is that I didn't like myself in it (I'm a size 14/16), and I need to lose some weight.

Lovely clothes (although too much polyester) and prompt delivery. The packaging is robust but not excessive. Artigiano achieve an excellent balance between current fashion and comfort and I always enjoy looking at the catalogues.

I used to love Artigiano and have given them 2 stars as the Artigiano clothes are good, however since becoming part of Mona they have a different ethos. I am always getting emails and catalogues of awful cheap and unfashionable looking clothes by Mona, which do not even come in my size (10). Artigiano can be so much better than this

Artigiano always over a few years have been my choice Style -Fabrics and Fit all unbeatable BUT!! now recently I can not find in the new Autumn Collection the size I want size 8-10 ceases to be available , This is very distressing to say the least Please advise and help as I would be very sad if this means I can no longer purchase from Artigiano who I have always trusted and relied on to have the look I love.

I like the styles in the catalogue but as I need a petite length the choice is not vast. However, The checked trousers I purchased were easy to shorten.

Not five because reactions when needed are so slow . Delivery also is slow.
Can find products I like very much. More natural fibres would be welcome.

I am very disappointed in Artigiano as a company as on two occasions I have had to wait weeks for a refund. This time in June they overcharged me by £15 and I am still waiting for the refund. I have phoned numerous times and I was told by a very rude lady yesterday that the refund had been sent to my account in June and "it was now out of their hands". My PayPal account should have been refunded and that is not so. As it was their error I would have thought the problem would have been dealt with swiftly! I am now seriously thinking that I will not be dealing with the company again.

Wonderful selection of clothes and accessories suitable for all occasions. Website is excellent and easy to navigate. Delivery and returns are easy and speedy. If staff are contacted they are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

To be honest, i dont like Artigiano as much now as I used to.

I used to look forward to receiving the catalogue but now i am bombarded with them. The products had a feeling of exclusivity; the packaging was special so when you received the box it was exciting to open, now you receive a £150 dress in a plastic bag. It might as well have come from Amazon.

The website does not respond to customer number occasionally necessitating a phone call which is not to a free number. I made an error with size once and although I emailed immediately and asked if it could be changed was told couldn’t be done. Other companies are more helpful. Speedier delivery service would help.
