We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Like many dental practices, we have policies in place regarding appointments and cancellations so that clinical time can be managed fairly for all patients who require care.

As patient confidentiality is very important to us, we cannot comment on individual circumstances publicly. However, we would be happy to review any concerns directly.
