Would highly recommend to not use this storage as i wudnt want another customer to experience what we did, i used this storage for over 3 years and while i was unable to remove my belongings the owner took full advantage and put the monthly price up, however when it came to eventually taking my belongings i took the padlock that i purchased from the storage and left a washing machine behind so they rung my family up threatening to charge us £50 and that the padlock was there’s? Also without my knowledge they had been ringing my mother who suffers from serious mental health and made her pay the £50 and she was terrified of being charged for more money which they threatened to do so she paid the £50. Bullies is the nicest way to put it. Also they have tried to say we did not give them notice of two weeks before leaving even though we have paid until the 19th of this month which is over two weeks and they still try to chase vunerable elderly people for money and accuse them of theft which is discusting. Avoid!
