Good service, quick and easy and good communication.

The team at Ashington Autos were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile for me. I would definitely recommend them.

He arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the car I had to dispose of was not picked up while I was present as the earliest convenient date for a pick up coincided with a trip abroad I had to take. Despite this the company provided me with viable options for the collection and it was all done without any issues. Therefore I would strongly recommend that company as a reliable service provider when one needs dispose of a vehicle

Every aspect of dealing with Assington Autos, from the initial phonecall through to seeing our dear little car disappearing down the road was made a pleasant experience - 5 star.

I found Assington Autos through a scrap car comparison site - following a catastrophic MOT fail on my vehicle, I decided it was time to let my old SMax go!
Within 24 hours of my request, Assington Autos contacted me to book in a collection. They arrived promptly on the morning of my collection date and took the old girls away. The money arrived in my bank account the very next day.

We had to scrap car suddenly and could not be home when it was picked up. Assingtons gave a really good offer, talked us through what to do, and the car was gone within the week. Money straight into our account. A very professional and efficient service, made the process straightforward and easy. Would definitely use this company again.

We cannot fault the service we have experienced with Assington Autos. Very friendly and efficient, both at the point of booking with Rosa, and with the driver on the day of pick up.
Plenty of information clearly laid out, we knew exactly what to expect and what we needed to do. Thank you.
Would highly recommend.

Phone last week to collect an old car of mine. Booked me in for Thursday 29th Jan, turned up just after midday. Quick and easy collection and very professional. Very good with communicating with you the whole way through the process. 10 out 10 would definitely use again. Money was in my account in less than the 24hrs they stated it could take.

Very professional salvage company.

Five-star service from Assington Autos. They gave me a great price for my car and handled everything efficiently. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough.

Fabulous Company (found through ' scrap my car')
Assington Autos had Very Good Communications.. clear , polite and human from the start via Phone and Whatsapp ( happy to speak to me via SM , email or phone) I was asked a few basic questions about my car then informed how much they would pay me for it , ( very good price for my old heap £195 :) & what condition it needed to be in to be worth that amount ( ie in my case .. with battery, engine starts)
Also informed which Day they would be collecting ( Friday) and on the day the Driver phoned 20 mins before arriving ,was on time, followed my Emailed suggestions and backed into our road, and loaded up in a jiffy.
The money was in my bank within 7 days !
Amazingly good service No fuss , no bother. Organised, friendly, knowlegable & efficient staff ... made the whole transaction a breeze!
Honest Company Highly Recommended .

Top-notch service! Great communication from Rosa in the office and Adam the driver. Informative and called ahead as promised. Cannot fault the company!
