I would like to say massive thank you to Charlotte and Kyran - it was a very difficult decision for me to take the step towards debt managament and before I made the call I felt very embarrassed and ashamed to be in this situation. But they have both been amazing, very helpful and made everything so easy. I don't feel so overwhelmed anymore thanks to Charlotte and Kyran, I am now one huge step closer to be in control of my debt. Thank you both, you really helped towards a better life for me and my kids!

After making an enquiry online, I was contacted by a very helpful young man representing Assistmyfinances. The information he provided was clear and succinct and his manor was polite, friendly and reassuring. For anyone who is distressed due to their financial circumstances, I would highly recommend making contact. It is clear that there is support in place to manage your finances. The option that was suggested in my circumstances was explained well: after going through income and expenditure the assistant discusses with you regarding an affordable repayment figure. They then liase on your behalf with debt management companies. If the figure proposed is acceptable, you are placed on a 5 year repayment plan. At the end of the 5 years, any remaining debt outstanding is cleared. Really helpful and I feel I would be able to make a well informed decision whether to go ahead with the option presented. Spoke to a wise young man called Kieron today and it was just the mental uplift I needed. I have been so stressed out with the state of my current finances And what I can do myself to alleviate some of these burdens I really didn’t think these so called “managing debt helplines” could help. But what Kieron helped me to see is that, even though I may not have qualified for the criteria they have in place I can still find way to manage my debt and that it’s ok! The only help I really needed (which I didn’t know) was a friendly chat and his demeanour, patience and understanding was just perfect. And he did his best to help. I left the conversation Not feeling like there is no hope but there is still light at the end of the tunnel and I know it was mainly Due to how he handled the call. There was no judgement and A script Of yes and no answers to read off. Thank you! God bless you.

After a heart complication I needed a quad bypass in January (I lost my job) had to wait until June to get the operation thanks to Covid situation. September my debts were keeping me awake at night and stressed

So far my experience has been very positive! Excellent communication, any and all questions have been answered and if they've been unsure they have got back to me within a few minutes with an answer. They also liaise with not only the client but also between the client and the company who will be dealing with the arrangements. EXCELLENT IS ALL I CAN SAY! Would recommend yo anyone needing help with finances

What could I say about Cory he is fantastic and so helpful. He just made the whole process seem so easy. Can’t praise him enough. Would highly recommend for everyone who is going thru tremendous stress and anxiety because of debts.

This was really hard to me to admit, but I really needed help as I never had a real finance plan in my life and was prideful enough to believe I didn't for a long time.
