I fall into financial difficulties and ask Assismyfinances to help me out. They examined my case and came to conclusion they couldn't help me for some reason. But they didn't say 'We couldn't help you, mate, good bye'. Next day I received a phone call from Assistmyfinances representative Sarah Dervin and she gave me really good advice. Sarah was monitoring me on early stages until she made sure I was in good hands. Now my financial problems are over and I am so grateful to Sarah and Assistmyfinances. They really care about people in need.

Although I live in Scotland my adviser took the time to check my finances and eligibility. He was friendly and made me feel at ease.. I would definitely recommend this company

I originally made contact with Assist my Finances as a result of a pop-up ad on YouTube, I think that is where I saw it at least!!
Contact was made that same morning by a member of their team named Jade Fothergill!! I had been battling with my debts (5 very expensive credit cards) that although taken out in good faith last year became impossible to pay this year due to Covid-19 and restrictions put on an already limited income from the state (I am effectively retired at 56 on health grounds)!!
Jade was a star! She went through many options very carefully on how to deal with my spiralling upward out of control debt problem!! It was decided that an IVA (Individual Voluntary Agreement) was my best option all things considered!! There was a little delay while I collected the relevant copy statements and other details but she was very patient!!
We got there in the end and today I was transferred over to Hanover who after long deliberation agreed an IVA was my best choice also!!
This will help me and hopefully the Creditors will stop fees and interest charges to give me a chance to fully pay back the money quite soon!
Once again Jade Fothergill was excellent and in these uncertain times was very reassuring about my way out of debt and back to happiness!

In all my years l have never experienced a both caring and professional experience via communicating with this organisation. I would highly recommend anyone who is going through any debt related issues to contact this agency. My respect to Kyran for his calm, caring and professional approach. He was very attentive, patient and a good communicator. He was with me every step of the way. He was very understanding and non-judgemental. I have tried to have my debt sorted before but l was left with pressure and judgement. Just would like to say thankyou Kyran and yes a whole load of pressure has been lifted of me. I do hope this is my fresh new start.

Cannot reccomend this company enough! Kyran was fantastic and makes the whole process a breeze! A huge weight has been lifted off now and I'm so grateful I took the first step and got control over my finances! Im surprised that i went from clicking a link about debt management and my nervousness of discussing my debts instead of just hiding from them to being made to feel very comfortable amd having a bit of a chat and actually feeling lile i can get on top of my debt now and get it properly behind me. A massive thanks to Kieran for helping me and giving me all the advice i needed.
