Diana was really helpful in suggesting products and outlining what I needed. She had her eye on the ball so nothing was missed and was fast in getting back to me to answer any questions I had. A really super buying experience. I look forward to my new cloakroom!

Big thank you to Amanda the designer at Aston Matthews for transforming our awkward en-suite. She has made the room feel much bigger and even managed to incorporate much needed storage. We loved all her suggestions for tiles, taps, shower etc and we couldn’t be happier with how it all looks.

I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to Michael who was really brilliant in supporting us through the bathroom refurbishment. From the time he spent with us taking us through different options, helping us with things we hadn’t thought of without being pressuring in any way. When our bathroom fittings were delayed and coming in dribs and drabs, he responded quickly to us, chasing updates from your manufacturers and keeping us informed. We eventually got all the pieces just in time by arranging for a missing tap to be delivered by special delivery for us the next day. Without him stepping in and helping throughout the process we wouldn’t have been able to complete it in time and it would have been a very different story. We love the quality of the materials supplied and are so pleased we chose to go with Michael and his recommendations. Thank you! He was utterly brilliant to deal with.

We would never go anywhere else for bathroom related purchases. We have on several occasions had great advice and help when we have needed it. The responsiveness, the curtesy, the knowledge and the heart-warming ‘can do’ attitude is better than I have received from any company in my life. Whatever they do as a organisation, it works for customers and I can’t give more praise than that.

Absolutely first class customer service provided by Diane and Amanda. Exceeded all my expectations! They owned a problem I was experiencing with a Bathroom product and were able to discuss this with a supplier and negotiate a highly acceptable solution. If you value service after the event then I thoroughly recommend purchasing from this company.

Faced with the challenge of completely refurbishing our bathroom we used the Aston Matthews Design Service. Amanda came up with an attractive design and solved various problems including how to incorporate storage and maximise our shower area. The resulting bathroom is a vast improvement on what we had previously.

All good, a small item, arrived in two days .

Where is it? How can I review something I haven’t had? Ordered & paid for on the 1st November now the 23rd November and no sign! Nothing when I ordered to suggest that there would be an extended lead-in time until after the order was placed. Disappointing.

Bleu Provence (BP) in Italy, is a manufacturer and supplier of beautiful bathrooms. Some of its products are promoted as own brand by Aston Matthews ((UK).

BP currently has a 30% promotional offer on all items in its catalogues. I contacted Aston Matthews to see if they could source a tap and price match. Ordering directly from BP by a non VAT registered buyer is not cost effective due to import VAT.

Aston Matthews confirmed that they could order the item from Italy. However, they do not pass on any discounts.

Contacted just now by BP who warned me that Aston Matthews had contacted them to say that I had posted a negative review because they would not sell me a tap at a discounted price. This is a blatant lie.

I have not left any reviews on this business. All my interactions with this business in respect of their price match policy is in writing so there is no ambiguity on context and their position.

BP, asked me to remove the review that we have both not seen because it does not exist. I have obviously requested a full and humble apology.

Data protection and libel issues aside this is extraordinarily nasty behaviour by Aston Matthews. Other retailers such as Archiproducts, Claybrook, Dyke & Dean, The Water Monopoly, West One Bathrooms etc do not charge more than BP - even when a promotion is not running. Aston Matthews does.

Steve and Peter were fantastic in sourcing a replacement sink earlier this summer with very little product information to go on from the old cracked one. Fabulous service and I cannot recommend them enough.
