Bad Customer Service
Online order was accepted and paid for. On collection 3 items not available in Acton. Credit given and had to travel to Hornsey to collect the 2 out of 3 items available there. Not even an apology from the rep in Hornsey for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing customer service.

Réponse de AtoZ Catering
Hi ,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your collection experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find items unavailable after your order had been accepted and paid for, especially after having to travel to another branch to collect the remaining products.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review what happened and improve our service going forward.
Kind regards,
AtoZ Team

Working with A‑Z has been an effortless experience from start to finish. They’re consistently professional, incredibly helpful, and always quick to get things done. Every interaction feels smooth and straightforward, and they make even the most complicated tasks feel easy. My first port of call!
My family has used AtoZ for over 25 years. When I went into business for myself I naturally gravitated towards companies that I had experienced with. AtoZ have consistently provided me with quality, reliability and value that is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend AtoZ to anyone looking for a supplier you can trust to serve your business.
