Always delicious recipes - not too much chopping n prep, and super tasty while being good quality too

This is a great company, super customer service. While rare they always able to remedy an issue. Great recipes, good value.

The food is always delivered on time.
It is fresh, varied and always interesting and flavourful.
It helps relieve the boredom of deciding menues for the week.

My daughter has Celiac disease and I love that all recipes are gluten free.
All the ingredients for each meal is packed in its own bag with the recipe number clearly marked on the bag.
It couldn’t be easier to cook for a family.

Whilst the meals ordered were very tasty and enjoyed by ourselves I can see some customers liking slightly larger portions. Probably some options on being able to increase individual portions where feasible would be welcome. The automatic setting up of a Subscription Service account needs more clarity for those Customers who are using Gift Vouchers given as a present. Account setting up may need to be an option here rather than automatically carried out.

I am a vegetarian with a mushroom intolerance and always find something tasty and easy to cook from Mindful Chef. They’ve also introduced me to new flavours and their supplementary items like kimchi, nuts and sauces are quality.

Wrong meals sent

They tried to be as helpful as possible when I had a major fraud on all my accounts. I missed one delivery as they could not receive payment via BACS.

I’ve genuinely been really impressed with the quality of the food — everything I’ve tried has been fresh, full of flavour, and feels like proper home cooking without the hassle. The combinations are also really different from what you’d typically find in supermarkets, with unique flavours and pairings I wouldn’t usually think to put together myself, which has been a really nice surprise.

The team behind the box have also been amazing from a customer service perspective — really helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, which makes the whole experience feel very well looked after.

It’s become one of those services I actually look forward to each week.

There was one issue with transit at one point, which clearly wasn’t down to them at all, but they still stepped in and offered a goodwill gesture. That level of care really stood out to me.

The only reason I haven’t given full marks is purely the cost without a discount. I’d absolutely keep ordering regularly if there were a bit more flexibility or offers available, because the food itself is honestly brilliant.

Overall, great quality, great service, and something quite unique compared to standard supermarket options — I really hope I can continue using them long-term.

They don't deliver on bank holidays, you can only edit orders no less than 4 days in advance, there's so much packaging left after every order, there's no groceries delivery. Overall just mid

Mindful Chef have consistently delivered very tasty good quality good for the planet food. And very good for my health which has benefited me enormously ! I save time and money not travelling or buying extra goods that go off and I end up putting in the bin! So a massive win for me

Mindful Chef is perfect for our family because one of our teenage sons wants to eat healthily and the other just wants tasty food and we can please them both. We recently had a damaged item (looked like it was just one of those things, happened in transit) and it was dealt with instantly with a credit on our account, and generally everything is very well packaged.

As a vegan there are great variety of options. It’s very convenient, avoids food wastage, and is calorie controlled. I would definitely recommend Mindful Chef.

Absolutely delicious meal recipes, high quality products. Have used them several times for dietary needs as well as staying away from home dogsitting....extremely convenient with zero waste. Portion sizes are spot on. You might think it's enough to look at but the meals are extremely well balanced, healthy and filling, as well as very tasty!
Discount deals are great, making it a very economical way to eat and best of all..... no wracking your brains for ideas or shopping required for dinners!!
