Day worked like clockwork
I called and spoke to Sarah who gave me some great advice for our visit to Auschwitz
Tickets worked perfectly (on my phone), driver had our names on list so was easy to fine the right minibus. The day worked to plan. Definitely recommend booking with attraction tix :)

Amazing experience with attraction world very good service helpful staff I booked Disney land Paris tickets and a voucher for a 2 course meal with Prosecco staff were there to answer any questions thank you! Will defo book again x

No confirmation despite payment being taken
***UPDATE***
Eventually got hold of an advisor on the phone who said they cannot issue tickets or refund me unless I close the PayPal dispute. Absolute scam company….AVOID at all costs!!!!
Tried purchasing tickets for Disneyland Paris. Web page went blank during booking, checked my bank account to see payment has been taken but received no confirmation or tickets by email. Tried contacting but the office is closed and emails are being returned unable to send
Contacted PayPal who confirmed payment had been taken so agent has started the dispute process in the hopes to return my money.
Wish I seen these reviews before ordering from attractiontix and definitely will not be using in the future.

Didn't receive any receipts or…
Didn't receive any receipts or confirmation after paying over £600 for tickets had to email several times tickets were finally sent digitally on the day went went to Siam water park in Tenerife the tickets were not valid only with the help from Siam park staff who contacted Attrationtix and a long horrible wait not knowing if we had lost our money did they finally send the right tickets through for entry we would definitely not buy tickets from Attrctiontix again and would advise others to not use these sellers either...

After looking into your booking, we can confirm that the tickets were sent on 27 July 2025 at 9:25 AM to the email address provided during checkout – xxxx@googlemail.com49. Unfortunately, it appears there was a typo in the email address entered (ends in '.com49'), which rendered the email invalid, which is why the tickets didn’t reach you as expected. We then proceeded to send your tickets to you via our intercom system.
We’re glad to hear that you were eventually able to access your tickets and enjoy your visit.
To help avoid situations like this in future, we always recommend double-checking the email address at checkout.

Taking money for tickets that don’t exist!
Paid for a Cabana at Siam Park for a family birthday on 3rd July. Received the confirmation the following day with the ticket. The day after I received an email to say the Siam Park had informed them there were no Cabanas left for the whole month of July! Really disappointed and annoyed that AttractionTix sold me the ticket, took the money from my account, sent the confirmation and are STILL selling dates for Cabanas that Siam Park don’t have. Written a letter of complaint but not had a response. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING ANY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
