I could not wish for a better experience than we had with Aussie Man and Van. The booking process was straightforward and Naomi took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know. Vlad and his team were exceptionally friendly, polite, professional and efficient; they took such excellent care of all our belongings. The price was incredibly reasonable, I honestly cannot fault the value for money. If you are moving, book Aussie. They made what could have been stressful completely stress free and meant that we could be excited about our new home knowing everything was taken care of. Thank you so much!

Both Albert and Christian were efficient and proficient at their removals - they were fast and energetic and nothing was too difficult for them. They took legs off sofas and dismantled any object too big and rebuilt it. They were a pleasure to work with and save my mother and I a lot of stress in an emotional move. Very grateful and would strongly recommend.

The guys were very helpful and professional thought it seemed some of the instructions I gave to the admin team weren't passed on. They rallied and made it work though.

Aussie Man and Van was a brilliant experience. They were professional and clear with all of the communication for our removal. We had more stuff than was expected and they worked hard to fit it all in the van (and did). Cannot recommend them enough.

I really appreciated the smooth, friendly and efficient service that I received moving the contents of my home into storage. Honestly, dealing with the Aussie crew - especially the moving guys on the day (kudos to Pete and Jacob!) - was the least stressful part of the whole moving process! Lauren and Reece in the office were really helpful too, and were always quick to get back and easy to deal with. I would definitely use Aussie again in the future (I’ll need to move that stuff out of storage eventually!). Huge thanks to all 🙏🏻!

Very helpful when providing the quote and getting my move booked, and also in amending timings/requirements when needed. The move itself was very smooth, with good communication throughout - both Alexandru and Petrica were extremely helpful and professional. The payment process was easy and options for insurance were set out clearly. Would highly recommend!

The booking system was thorough and I was confident the removal would be efficient. We were right to be confident as the removal all went to plan. The guys were really helpful, providing good protection for our leather sofa and providing extra boxes for smaller items. They had to navigate lifts, difficult parking at collection then a long drive through London in good time. They delivered in good time and carefully unloaded, were polite and took all the wrapping not needed. We would recommend the company absolutely if you want a reliable, safe service.

They produced a contract to outline in detail what had been agreed to so there are no hidden costs. We found Aussie Man and Van very competitively priced and were better value than organising removals and storage separately. The removals team of Lulian and Aurel were again polite and professional. They were very hardworking and quickly packed and unloaded the van but were careful and respectful with our possessions. We have already recommended Aussie Man and Van to friends who are looking to move home in the coming months.

Second time I’ve moved with Aussie Man and Van. This time I used them to move artist studios. Neither lift was working but the guys were so nice about it and were very careful carrying all my art work and even setting up my space. Best of all, the move was done in under 2 hours!

We have used Aussie Man a few times this year, I would never use any other company now. Drivers are polite, helpful and on time . Chloe was extremely helpful and professional on the phone . We will be using again in the near future when my daughter moves.
