This company is a disgrace. I bought a MK808z scanner from the autel uk outlet in December last year. It did the jobs required and I then wanted to recover some of my costs after selling my two cars. At 77 years of age I felt it was time to stop driving. I listed it on ebay. Autel then complained to ebay under thier VeRO programme that I was trying to sell a counterfeit scanner! and had ebay remove the listing. I have proof of purchase. Order number attached. Why are you blocking a legitimate sale Autel?

Update 28-1-26. Regarding the reply nelow. Consumers will take what they want from that reply. You deny having previous comminicate. In a previous review you autal.u.k where adamant that I had never bought from you and that I was trying to sell a counterfeit scanner. I removed that review to put up this review to add my ordere number references to prove I had purchased this scanner legally.. I will shortly be making a youtube video to highlight this issue of blocking legitimate customers from selling on their unwanted scanners.

Very good service it took 4 days to complete updates but it worked so I’m happy

The company has inventory in the UK, but when my scanner (under warranty) developed a hardware fault causing green lines on the screen, I was told it must be sent to Shenzhen for repair. I have to pay both outbound and return shipping. They also instructed me to declare the parcel value as USD 79 and send it untracked to avoid import tax. If the parcel is lost, I would lose most of the £300 I paid for the scanner. This feels unfair and misleading, and I hope others see this to avoid ending up in the same situation.
UPDATE - To clarify for other buyers: my issue is not about delivery speed or warranty length. It is about how a warranty repair is handled once a fault occurs.
I purchased from a seller trading as AutelStore UK. When a hardware fault developed under warranty, I was told I must:
• Pay to ship the device internationally to China
• Accept the risks and delays of overseas shipping
• Follow customs instructions that included undervaluing the item
Under UK consumer law, warranty repairs must be provided at no cost to the consumer and without significant inconvenience. Requiring a customer to pay international return shipping and send a faulty product overseas does not meet that standard.
Whether this process is described as “standard procedure” by the manufacturer does not change the seller’s legal responsibility to UK consumers.
I am sharing my experience so other buyers can make an informed decision about after-sales support, not to keep anything private.
I stand by my review.

I will never deal with autel again. Had a scanner, paid for updates, scanner would not connect or download the updates. Tried speaking to autel UK who refused help because it has a DK serial number. I bought it from aurel UK seems they are in China and the aggression is common if you have a complaint according to Trust Piolet

Their reply is absolutey false

Spoke to some really nasty prices of work, one said she'll send a refund since I need the money so badly, one said I was accusing her of breaking it, I just wanted help to sort the problem out but they were only interested in finding ways to get out of support. I'm sure it's a simple issue but I'm going to buy a think car instead because of the way I was spoken to.
Vile company

I needed to renew my update subscription for my maxi diagnostic, hadn't realised I purchased two lots for the same tablet accidentally. Stacy informed me regarding the situation and corrected it immediately. In fact I used it to purchase another add on service. I had a prompt activation within 24 hours. Thank you to the Autel team for a great job!

Paid for an update subscription for my Autel MX808Z. All sorted with zero hassle. Works a treat. Would definitely use again
