As a professional automotive diagnostic centre the equipment we use and the service and commitment the manufacturers provide are vital. Autel are right at the top in all aspects. Extremely quick processing of orders and there equipment really is top draw. Can't recommend the products or support enough.

Easy to pay for my annual subscription for my MX808 and the price was cheaper than last year.
It was such a good investment to buy the Autel, for example, I bought a 2013 CR-V earlier this year and was able to program a second transponder key fob using the MX808 and saved hundreds of pounds compared to both Honda and local auto keysmiths.

Ordered a subscription for one of my old machines, process was easy and although it said 5 days to activate, it was done within 30 minutes

Brilliant service!!

The website claimed the item would ship from the UK, but after I paid and followed up, they’ve now informed me it’s actually coming from China and will take 10 days to arrive. If I want it delivered sooner, I’ll have to pay additional taxes. If you are prepared to wait 14 days, go to Alibaba and pay less in the first place. They make it look like an UK shop, but don't be fooled, their "UK stock" is not really in stock. I'm very unhappy having a car on my lift I can't use for at least another 10 days. Very poor.

Bought an MX900 scanner from autelstore.co.uk for the purpose of relearning the camshaft sensor on my 2012 transit. Scanner could not do this as it will only relearn 5 specific cars camshafts, tried to return item within the standard 2 weeks cooling off period, they then tell me that they will take a 7 percent restocking fee off me, which is illegal in the UK, eventually after 3 months of waiting I get my money back minus their "restocking fee"
