I have a very busy garage repairing hundreds of cars and vans every month, EV, hybride and ICE. We have been using the MK908 Pro for a few years (along with Bosch and Launch) and its an invaluable tool and powerful for the technicians that does pretty well everything. Autelstore are excellent and with great support too.

Excellent! I needed the TCP (subscription for Autel IM608 2). I contacted them on WhatApp and he helped me identify which specific IM608 I have, sent instructions & I had my device downloading new updates on the same day. Within a couple of hours in fact!

Had only one issue with subscription at the moment with my autel im508s but autel sorted in 5 mins . Already programmed keys for corsa c and all worked good

I emailed Autel to make sure the update I required for my MS909 would work on my UK diagnostic machine and a prompt response confirmed it would. I proceeded to buy the update and the following morning Stacy from Autel messaged me enclosing my access code then went to Autel and input the supplied code and everything went well and was easy to do. I will use them again to update my machine and I am considering buying another Autel device from this company

Ordered the im508s with accessories in January, was during Chinese new year but the order still arrived within three days. All setup and working without issues. Was able to write new car keys and use the service functions with ease. Very simple step by step. Would recommend. Was the best competitive price
