Software Update für Autel sehr schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Wir, als Kfz Werkstatt empfehlen hier Software zu aktualisieren. Wenn Sie über europäische Firma das machen, dann kostet das doppelt und im Endeffekt kaufen diese Firmen auch wahrscheinlich hier.

I bought an autel ap200 obd reader back in 2022 and I had a mercedes, so I selected the mercedes lifetime software. I recently changed car to a BMW therefore the merc software was useless to me and my only option was to buy the bmw software for £20 a year. I got incontact with autel on WhatsApp and explained my issed and they swapped me onto a lifetime bmw software.

Had to do an update!!!!!contacted autel uk said not interested contact autel China eventually Had to contact autel EU.I spent 6hrs in total to get update and the correct pages to fill in form's etc what a pain all because I bought it on ebay never again easier to buy a new one lesson buy english instead of Chinese John P

A really helpful company, I've bought a car diagnostic machine from them just over a year ago then later ordered a camera and just now I've renewed the software for it. Stacy forwarded me all of the information required and sent me some instructions on how to apply the license to reactivate the software updates on my device. A really simple process.

Recently purchased autel ultra lite, Very quick delivery with DPD, Good price.
Works well and as described. Would purchase again with autelstore.

Brought a maxiap ap200 for a vehicle I purchased. Transpired that vehicle had a fault and I didn't have it very long. Trouble was, I had already obtained the lifetime software for the one vehicle. Thankfully, after contacting autel, they were able to transfer the software over to my new car so not having to pay an extra 21.99 a year. Great service from them.

Bought a mp808s-ts 2 years update software but only said 1 year when registered so spoke to some one on the WhatsApp and they sorted it for me the mp808s-ts is working spot on so fair and autel been helpful so fair. So positive for me so fair only own for a week. But very helpful

I have used Autel for a long time, very reliable and professional, and there overseas staff are very helpful and professional. If you need a professional diagnostics tool then these are the company to select, I have been in the trade for years and for the price and hardware and vehicle support list these are perfect.

About 4 months ago i bought the MaxiPRO MP8О8BT Pro KIT, sadly it stopped working. In 4 months of ownership I used it about 10 times. For few weeks I am trying to get some help from AutelStore without any luck. They claim 24/7 email support, but in reality they take weeks to replay the complaints emails. On the WhatsApp contact number, I ask something one day, the reply will be next day(if I'm lucky). Therefore I cannot recommend this. Very poor customer support, close to none!
