Was very sceptical using the autel uk web site as it was a lot cheaper than going through my tablet. But once I ordered the update card I got an email confirming it and two days later got the code for tablet via email put it onto tablet and worked straight away 2 hours later tablet all updated will definitely use again.

Wait until the unit gets a fault.

Less than 12 months old won’t charge want me to pay to send it back to China for repair still under warranty and having to pay to get it back for repair.

Updated though the website and not on my Scanner MaxiCOM MK808S. I was a little worried since it was less expensive than what my scanner was saying on the screen. It worked fine though it took a few days to show up, due to the holiday season. However, I booted the scanner and it was set for another year no problem. Great communication and service. Saved a few bucks what's not to like? ~peaty

Avoid at all cost!!! Orderd battery says uk ship quick delivery waited over month for it and when contacted provided with wrong tracking numbers with different delivery address threw out uk finally arrived 3 and weeks late

I Was sceptical at first due to the website being based abroad (I’m from Leeds UK) but after checking I found out the website is legit.

It cost me £86 via PayPal (fully protected) and my MK808BT was ready to update the next day (just send serial number after the payment page) I saved over £60 instead of updating via the tablet itself.

Save yourself a few quid. I’ll definitely be using them again next year! Thanks.

Needed an update for my MS906BT to put a 2019 Volvo V60 T8 EPB into service mode which my last update (2021) would not do, Autel direct wanted over £900 for the year subscription. Paid £310 and update voucher was delivered to me in 24 hours and customer service was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough.

Very smooth transaction from start to finish MK808 hasn’t been updated for three years, at this price why wouldn’t you update.
