I had a great experience buying my car. The salesperson Che was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They made sure every issue that needed attention was sorted before I collected the car, giving me confidence that everything had been properly checked. Communication was clear, and they kept me updated on the progress without any hassle. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they were happy to answer all my questions. The level of customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated their honesty and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Iv just used Autochoice Supermarket to buy a Ford Puma. The sales agent, Josh, could not have been more helpful.
He answered any queries I had in a timely and professional manner. I had complete confidence with the sale which was vital as I was buying the car without seeing it to be shipped to Northern Ireland.

I highly recommend Auto Choice Car Supermarket and the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable Josh, though everyone we met there was great. I've not bought a car for 11 years and was a bit apprehensive initially. I made contact over the chat option requesting information and was pleasantly surprised to get a human response almost immediately, closely followed by a detailed walk round video of the car I was interested in. We need a car that both myself and my wife can drive. I'm average heigh and my wife is smaller. The car was ready and waiting for us to view when we arrived, unfortunately the seat on this car could not go forward enough to be a comfortable drive for my wife. Josh took us around the showroom, taking us to cars that would better fit our needs. On this occasion we could not find one with the right fit and spec. Had we found one I would have bought it without hesitation. I will be keeping an eye on their stock and would definitely go back if something suitable comes in. I really appreciate the assistance, knowledge and advice from Josh. There was no hard sell at all, just genuine effort, patience and expertise in trying to find the right car for us. One of the team noticed our existing car had a dint in our rear bumper and tried to remove it for us, which was really kind.

Super pleased with my new car. However the communication could have been a little better as I was traveling quite a distance. Customer service in general was good though.

Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the car has been extremely disappointing.

When I collected the Tesla, ownership had not been transferred to me in the Tesla app. This meant I was unable to use the Tesla Supercharger network, as Tesla requires the previous owner to remove the vehicle from their account before the new owner can add it. I was never informed this would be an issue.

I made it very clear to Luke before purchasing that I would be commuting to and from London for work Monday to Friday, so having access to reliable charging was essential. I also specifically asked whether this older Model S was compatible with the newer Tesla chargers, and Luke assured me it was and that they would provide the required adaptor.

In my opinion, transferring ownership in the Tesla app should be a standard part of the handover process, especially as they knew I was collecting the vehicle a week in advance. If this couldn’t be completed beforehand, it should at least have been explained so I could have delayed collecting the car or kept my previous vehicle until everything was sorted.

Instead, I set off to work on Monday morning only to discover I couldn’t use the Tesla charging network at all. I’ve been forced to rely on slower public chargers, many of which are difficult to find and unavailable at motorway services. The car’s navigation has been particularly frustrating because it directs me to Tesla Superchargers that I simply can’t use.

As a result, my entire week has been turned upside down. I’ve spent over four hours at a time waiting for slow chargers just to get enough charge to reach my next destination. It’s wasted a huge amount of my time and caused unnecessary stress.

To make matters worse, I have since discovered the car isn’t compatible with newer CCS chargers without a paid retrofit from Tesla, meaning I now have to arrange and pay for that myself. I also contacted Luke about the adaptor he had promised, but he never replied.

The car itself is great, but the handover, communication, and after-sales support have been extremely disappointing. Had I known about these issues in advance, I would have kept my previous vehicle for another week rather than being left in this situation.

Che was brilliant from start to finish, sent me a detailed video of the vehicle as I live quite far away, I came over to test drive and took me through all the details, answered every question I had promptly and in detail and alleviated a few concerns I had. Che was also brilliant holding the car for a few weeks while I was waiting for an insurance payout. The car was delivered in very good time and was a perfect handover.

I couldn't recommend this company more, if you live far away don't let that stop you, they've been brilliant.

Collected my new car yesterday up to now no problems ,no pushy sales nice relaxed experience with Luke, I did originally recieve a video of the car by a different salesman's but dealt with luke afterwards when I went to view and test drive the car,Luke showed me parts of the car the video didnt show but explained they would be sorted before I collected the car which he did , just waiting for a part to be sent out to me as I didnt want to change my collection date as it didnt turn up in time (nothing major) but nice to have them sorted as some places wouldn't have offered this for wear and tear for the age of the vehicle , thanks again il update this review to 5 stars once I recieve the part to show how well customer service is
