Dealt with Alfie from their Head office/ Stores. I wasn't really sure what products I needed for a basic detailing for my new Defender . Alfie went above and beyond in explaining all the different products did and how they might benefit in maintaining the paint work and the looks of the car. He surely is an asset to Auto Finesse and his customer service skills are brilliant. I went with a budget in mind but ended up spending double purely due to his sound advice and friendliness . Keep up the good work and also Thank you to lovely young lady who also helped me with my initial phone query ( apologies forgot her name)

Very disappointed applied exactly as instructed on packaging, left with blotches and streaks . Immediately after applying the product put the bottle on the floor and picked up the hose and rinsed the whole car . Then dried as instructed with micro fibre cloth . Wasn’t a hot or windy , in fact very cloudy , it became very apparent that the residue was left ,had to reclean the whole car with another car product .
Have contacted the company and they blame me for allowing it to dry , can’t work any quicker than put the bottle down and immediately pick up the water hose , they don’t want to know , be warned .

These guys went out of their way to help me with a product query. Very helpful and friendly service.

Bought ceramic detailer through Amazon and although delivery was quick the product was terrible. I followed the instructions on the bottle and used it on a clean car and it left marks all over the vehicle and everytime i tried to get rid of them by polishing it out or giving it a light dusting and immediately polishing it out it was still the same. In the end i got rid of them by going over the car with autoglym super resin polish. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

Delivery may be free but it is slow. It has been over a week since placing my order UKSP-91053 and it still hasn't arrived.

After having a nightmare with two other car detailing companies on deliveries and products, i finally have found a company to rely on, not just from a service point of view, but also outstanding products. We've all heard the analogy, you get what you pay for, and i have learnt the hard way, but after using these products over the weekend, it has really shown me that you do get what you pay for. Whilst i didn't use everything, the quality of the citrus pre wash, the Avalanche snow foam is just unbelievable, and so on. The delivery times are great, not like the others that i have dealt with, and with a friendly service too, so if your looking like i was for a good service and unbelievable products, and don't know who to use, please give these guys a go, and don't make the same mistakes as i did, order from Auto Finesse from the start, and give your car/van the care and attention they need with the best products on the market.

Reasonably priced good product. However never supplied with the correct number of trigger sprays. Really frustrating.

Excellent customer service, delivered on time. The freebies with the order where a nice touch top quality products. My now go to place for purchaseing detailing products for the 2 cars in the household.

Beware of spam texts after making a purchase and do not give them your mobile number if possible, I've been sent spam marketing texts over and over again and have now asked 3 times to be removed from their system and have be assured i've been taken off each time despite still receiving texts.

Products didnt live up to my hoped expectations. I tried Auto Finesse for the first time after using Tino & Stjarna. The delivery was quick so thats a positive, the pre wash and the snow foam left a sticky residue on the car and no matter how many times i rinsed it was sticky and streaky, i then used the lather wash - this didnt clean the car to the standard i was expecting. I had to go over with my usual snow foam and detailer to sort the mess out. I purchased the Avalance, the citrus pre wash, the sample kits and some other items. I will stick to my usual stuff due to the issues i have mentioned above.

Where do I start! Autofinesse have always been second to none for customer service. The customer service standards here never seem to drop genuinely showcasing that the need for great standards all around is a company wide initiative that all employees have adopted. Have been an autofinesse fan for years and will continue to sing their praises for years to come

Products are really good quality customer service is bang on I’ve spend 20 years detailing so I know my stuff, I like the fact when you order somert you end up with more products thrown in for free to try no other company do this they just want ya money I normally but my stuff from else where but slowly but surly I’ve been converted to auto finesse stuff and loving it

Ordered with express delivery and come super quickly. Items were brilliant quality as always, ordered a tee which is so much better quality than some high end designers. Only thing is I should have read the sizing measurements beforehand but not complaining fits really well just not the fit I expected could have done with addressing the fit of the items on their website but overall great experience as per 👍🏼

The products are great but you need to have a deeper look into your delivery options. DHL are NOT a reputable company and the fact that you fob them off as so on your website is deeply concerning. You need to have a clear up of your 'shipping' section. Clearer signage of DPD is needed at checkout as they are usually the only courier who are reliable and I would have selected this had I known DHL were going to be handling my parcel. Spent days chasing the DHL parcel around and really left a sour taste in my mouth with AutoFinesse. Had delivery via Royal Mail before with you guys, that was fine but they are usually quite unsatisfactory too. Just writing a review in hopes that someone gives it a read and updates the website to give more concise and reliable delivery information as this has completely ruined my experience and actually angered me in some respects.
