I spoke with Lucy on Customer Support and I have never experienced such a kind customer service experience. Lucy answered every email so promptly and with genuine care. She offered me countless solutions to help my order arrive on time and even earlier in such a busy sale period (as it was a birthday gift). Lucy truly went above and beyond for me as a customer and solved all my own worries. Not only if this a fantastic business with fantastic products but rest assured if you are ever worried about anything, the customer service team could not be more supportive. Awful company. Once they have your details they pester you for ever. Impossible to stop annoying texts.

Where to start. Customer service is absolutely shocking. I am trying to get a refund for a product that was supposedly compatible with my jet wash but isn’t. They want to refund me £15 because I didn’t return a free bag. (Half the price of what I’m owed) I had a big order for the free bag. I’ve offered to send everything back as I don’t want any of it now I can’t have the bag. They have said I can’t return it all. This is the comment saying the fitment didn’t fit from customer service “It has recently been brought to our attention that Karcher has updated their pressure washers, therefore making our HD fitment not compatible” I am supposed to know this somehow!!!

Just got order today. Fast delivery - ordered Friday - Monday was at my door. Product looking good ( used review to pick up ) and got extra air fresher. So far so good.

Terrible customer service. Was missing items in my delivery that had obviously fallen out in shipping due to a large bottle being packed loose and box being secured by a single piece of tape.

As I didn’t check the parcel for a few weeks I had gone past my 14 day period to contact them and told there was nothing they could do.

I’ve moved away from Auto Finesse completely and using mostly Stjarnagloss products now. Much better customer service and Better products.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Polishing machines last 2 weeks , and there is no brushes anywhere to buy.

Sick of receiving text messages from Autofinese. I add them to blocked list every time they come through, and they still keep coming. For this reason, I wll never buy their products again.

Part of my order was out of stock, I was emailed by Amy to let me know my options, I opted to swap for a different colour, however when this parcel arrived part of it was damaged, I replied to Amy's email with photos of the damaged item. This was resolved instantly and I received tracking information for a new order within an hour of my email. Thankyou for your assistance Amy (Senior Customer Service Representative) 😊

Wonderful large range of products for all levels of detailing and detailers. Fast and free postage of big orders and now avaliable with local pickup. Helpful and friendly staff members in store. Bought a few things over time from them and cant complain about anything. They are one of the only detailing places to provide tutorials on their products and they offer a really good academy if you want to learn how to detail a vehicle. Love everything I have bought and would 100% recommend them to friends and family.
