Easy to relate to their management systems .Les was friendly helpful and efficient . The paperwork is uncomplicated .

Met the driver as he reversed down the road, explained where the tank was located and asked him to put the delivery hose underneath our fence so as not to cause damage . He proceded to put the hose through the fence and then somehow manages to break the top shiver in a different location! Said he just touched it, absolute crap!

I have had mixed experiences over the past 8 years... BUT, in recent times issues raised by email customer team and followed up by phone have been reassuringly well looked after... should the issues have arisen.. no... did I feel the team cared and were empowered to resolve? Yes! Thanks Julie

I spoke to Julie Birch today because I was very concerned that robins had made a nest in the cover of our gas tank.
The robins clearly have young, as they were taking worms into the cover.
I was very concerned that if we had a delivery, the nest would be disturbed.
Julie spoke to her boss, who told her that they wouldn’t make any deliveries.
Julie called me later to tell me they had taken me off automatic top ups, so there is no risk of a delivery.
When I’m sure the babies have fledged, I will contact Avantigas to place an order for more gas. Lovely to deal with such caring people, many thanks!

Very positive experience. Driver was quick and efficient in dealing with the delivery and was very friendly and informative. The property is situated on a small sometimes busy country lane but the driver was able to position his vehicle just off the road which made the whole exercise stress free.
