Awful customer service. Requested delivery of just half a tank as property is currently empty and going on the market shortly . Told my only option was a full tank. I'm out contract thankfully so now looking at another supplier. When I advised my intention they made no effort to retain my custom or try to resolve the situation. Customer service that just doesn't care if it loses customers.
Smartly dressed in the correct protective clothing and walking with a smile. Professional and caring service, as always after 15 years of providing a great customer service.
Where do I start. Calor have no time slots in the south west. So you have no idea when your delivery of gas is coming. When they do provide a day, they often do not turn up. When you call the south west office they say it has now been scheduled another day. I have this for three weeks straight. When I make a formal complaint nothing happens. I get no response via email or call. The worst service I've ever experienced. I'm shocked they are allowed to stay in business.
Tom has been very helpful and got everything sorted for me and made it very simple .

Had tank serviced today by Jordan very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I have recently moved and new to LPG gas and he was able to answer all my questions

Told them of a serious breach of Health and Safety by a customer with boxes of car spare parts,and other items, potentially hazardous, tight alongside the bulk cylinder next to ours.
Regulations say very clearly that there should be a three metre gap and nothing should be stored nearer
They didn't seem interested ior concerned.
So logged just in case !!!

"Good morning,
Thank you for your email.
You are correct regarding the safety regulations of the cylinders in the situation you have described. Please note that we do not typically intervene unless a driver reports the issue to us, accompanied by images. In such cases, we would contact the customer to inform them of the concerns and potential hazards."
As I was concerned I then forwarded photographs of the boxes filled with goods bring used as storage directly alongside the bulk cylinders. There are 4 in total alongside.
I will not proceed any further. It's up to you!

Why do Calor put these predicted dates on , as they change every day?Why can't they put 'expectd delivery will be on the month Calor expect the Gas to last.

Sorted out new direct debit, re-instated auto top-ups, instantly sent paperwork and immediately confirmed when completed. I had a follow up query which again was answered instantly.
