Highly recommended company
Highly recommended company - can’t across these as I was searching for a good value pushchair travel system for my daughter who’s expecting her first child. These were the cheapest by far on the one I was interested in and the communication was brilliant regarding delivery.

No plastic covering /incomplete delivery
No plastic on the product. I’ve always had Joie’s car seats bought with plastic covering that can be used to protect it when storing it in the boot.
Delivery partner DPD went ahead and delivered to the wrong address and wrong lane. Luckily spotted him far off from the window and managed to get the product back else i feel it would have been stressful liaising between delivery partner and supplier.

Thank you for taking the time to write this reviews. We always like to receive comments, positive or negative. With regards to the car seat, the Joie i-Snug 2 car seat doesn't have a plastic covering on the car seat when opening the box, and this is because of envirovnmental reasons.
We're dissapointed to read the comments regarding the DPD delivery and of course will take this on board and put across to DPD.
Unfortunately, both comments you made are beyond our controi, but hope we can do better next time, if you choose to use our services again.

Amazing 5 stars
Absolutely fantastic customer service. We had a delivery delay when purchasing our order due to unforseen circumstances and Baby Nest could not do more for us. Kept us informed all the way through the process with updates about our purchase and delivery via phonecalls and emails. Amazing would definitely shop here again!

Excellent customer service
I could not be more impressed with the customer service I have received. We ordered our pram knowing there would be a delay due to shipping issues, we have been kept well informed the whole way through with updates. I would definitely recommend Baby Nest!
