Never got my 40 babycity voucher
Never got my 40 babycity voucher, there was always an excuse when I went to redeem it.
Contacted there 0800 number and never recieved a call back, unprofessional they do not care about there customers!
Spent 1200 and recieved nothing, even tho the store manager kept telling me I would.
I will never shop there again!

You have puchased from Baby City New Zealand. We are a totally different company called Baby City based in the U.K. We don't have an 0800 number.
I brought a super deluxe baby hamper
I brought a super deluxe baby hamper. And it was anything but super or deluxe. The delivery to ROI was quick and my query was answered promptly. However, i was told that they had sent an alternative to what I'd ordered. Which is probably why it was disappointing. Yellow clothes instead of blue for a start. A teddy that looked like it would frighten any baby. For the price I paid it wasn't good value as the contents looked cheap. And the recipient wasn't impressed.

Bad Luck
I received my order quite promptly but unfortunaately it was damaged. That is such shame as my daughters baby is due in a week and I so wanted it to be able to give it to her then. This is the first time I have used this particular company and it all depends on how they deal with it as to whether I use them again.
