Goods arrived damaged. 4 emails, 1 Facebook messenger and 2 phone calls have all been ignored.
I’m now going via PayPal for a refund. Do not trust this company.

This is a scam. They have taken £200 and never delivered, not answered email or voice mails, should not be allowed to be on the website.

Wish I had read the reviews as this is just a scam company. Goods not sent no response to emails or telephone calls. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. Don't be fooled by the website, they are a disgraceful excuse for a company.

This company takes your money but doesn't despatch the goods. They ignore phone calls and emails. They say they will despatch the goods after two business days but you never hear from them. They send you a receipt and details of the order but that's it. Do not use. I have had to contact my credit company to retrieve the money. The website looks very professional but it's all a lie, sadly. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered the moon gazing hares supposedly at 2 kg each, which there were not, they weighed 1.3kg. They said would withstand a windy day, no they do not first sign of wind I have to bring them in.

Worst of all I sent 2 emails 1 a query, 1 A question regarding the hares via their website still no reply nearly 1 month along.

Very quick to take your money for items not as described, customer service zero marks.

Terrible company could off got better quality at Aldi no response from company stay well clear and shop around for better quality products and no where near the price they charge which you would expect great quality products at there prices 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered the large moon hare ornaments as a pair. One was already damaged on arrival . I’m not sure what they are made of, but the material is extremely thin at what would seem a weak spot.

Also, both hares are completely different colours so will look odd together. I’ve emailed the company hoping for a swift resolution.

Very pleased with items. There was a slight hiccup but was speedily resolved by Michael. Excellent service

Refund finally issued. Communications were not timely and phone number on website does not connect

Shocking service. I need to return an item, the company didn't respond until I commented on one of their Facebook pages. They have no contact number. They messaged to say return the item but wouldn't reply to my question ad to whether I would receive a full refund or not. Terrible

Brilliant to buy from .. An item I purchased arrived damaged and they couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement was sent out immediately and arrived next day .. went out of their way to help and the item is gorgeous

Amazing garden ornaments, high quality gorilla statue and delivered in great packaging, so arrives in perfect condition.

Will be ordering again

Received our delivery today and are over the moon. The items look stunning and have transformed our garden and I’ve got to say what an excellent Customer Service.

Update: have since had contact and appreciate the apology and gesture and I will continue to order. Communication is key when running an online company.

We as a family have ordered many items from this company and always been happy with them.
My most recent order was missing one of the items when it arrived, I sent an email and didn’t hear back, so then messaged on FB messenger and someone got back to me and said they would send out the missing item.

Since then I’ve not received the missing item that I have paid for, I have messaged 3 more times asking for an update and it shows that my messages have been read but nobody is responding to me.

I am extremely disappointed as I’ve had nothing but good things to say about the company and have always praised them when people ask after our animals.

To ignore a customer for 7 days who you have let down is far from a great service or experience.

Bought the wooly sheep (3) and penguins (2). Sheep are happily grazing my lawn and I'm putting the penguins in the fridge until winter.

The sheep have been positioned so that my nosy neighbours can see then with their CCTV.

All items are sturdy and very good value in my opinion.

I ordered a pair of stone greyhound statues. Was told delivery would be 3 or 4 days; then got an email saying there was a delay and delivery would be the following week; started to worry. Got another email giving new delivery date and statues arrived on time. Very pleased with size, weight etc as described on website. Would happily use them again.

Love my hares bought for me by my husband as a Christmas present. I accidentally put the wrong post code on the order, I emailed Conor who replied promptly, he then sorted out the problem with Evri who have now delivered my hares. I think the quality and finish on the hares is excellent, they look just as good as the pictures on the website. I hope to buy more in the future. Conor was very helpful and considerate even though it was the Christmas rush.

I suspect this is a scam website. I placed an order which said delivery in 1-3 days. We are now over this time frame and I have heard nothing from the company since. The Facebook page has other buyers stating a similar experience. I have emailed several times with no response, and tried to call the mobile number provided on the site for Connor, but this just goes to voicemail, or is switched off. I will be getting my money back via visa but strongly recommend anyone stay clear of this company so as not to go through a similar experience. Really wish I’d checked out the Facebook group before ordering. I did check trust pilot as as there were no reviews I decided to proceed. More fool me but praying to save you to same trouble.
