Ordered and paid for nearly 4 weeks ago and despite promises x 4 all have been missed with no communication as to why or a date until I chase then a new date to miss. Scammers avoia

Placed my order for two planters on the 21st March, expecting delivery the 1st week of April. Unfortunately, recieved an email apologising and a delay until the 20th April but now there is a further delay until the end of the month.
I appreciate there can be logistical issues from time to time but unfortunately the customer experience in this instance will put me off ordering from this company again, which is a shame because the products look good.
Perhaps I'll post another review if / when I receive my goods.

I ordered two planters from the company on the 7th April. The website said they were in stock and they took my money immediately and I paid for a 4-5 working day delivery. Having had no delivery notifications I called to see when they were being delivered to be told they were waiting for them to come in to stock and that delivery should be by 17th April. I then received a further e-mail to say they were coming into their warehouse on the 17th and delivery would be by 21st April. Having called today for an update they said they were still awaiting stock and are now expecting it on the 27th April. Rubbish service as had the website said the item was out of stock originally I would have gone elsewhere. Bad comms with no updates on changing delivery dates so I have cancelled the order. Just a heads up for anyone who is in need of planters promptly I would avoid this lot!!

The delivery was excellent and really pleased with the appearance and size of the planter. However, there is a prominent unsightly mark on the top of it which was obvious when we unpacked it.
Decided to go ahead and plant our olive tree as it was too troublesome to return it.
A little disappointed.

Delivery was great and prompt. The product, a large planter is as listed and sturdy. I would certainly use the company again.

I love my new planters they look really smart on the patio. One was damaged in transit but Planters replaced it immediately and with no hassle. I would highly recommend this company, great service and products

I had ordered 3 zinc planters to use at a Community Swimming Pool. They arrived really quickly and look great, the liners fit very well. Good quality and great price.

Purchased 3 corten steel planters. The price was the best I could find. The planters arrived quickly and seem to be good quality and look really fantastic. I had to contact the company regarding assembling planters (which come flat-packed) as the graphic instructions were very vague and the fixtures and fittings shown did not match exactly what was in the box. However the response was quick and helpful (a real-time video was sent which showed the process). After seeing this, assembling them was pretty easy (around 15 mins per planter). I would recommend the video being available on the product page and perhaps the instruction leaflet being improved. Overall very pleased.

I ordered two large planters and a bowl. The descriptions were clear and the speed of delivery was great. The liners for the planters are excellent quality. I’m very pleased with the new additions to my garden.

Placed an order three weeks ago for two “ in stock, for immediate delivery” zinc planters and they didn’t arrive within a few days. Nobody answered the phone so I chased via an email to be told more than 24 hours later that they were pre-ordered and would not arrive until mid-April. Today, (mid-April) I get an order cancellation email, no explanation and no reference to a refund.I managed to speak to someone on the phone, it took them five minutes to pick up and was advised the stock was not due until August so they had cancelled. All this time the items I ordered have been shown as available and in stock on their website which was clearly not the case.
Really annoyed about this, appalling communication and a tone of absolute indifference on the telephone, my order value was £300. Their website is misleading to say the least.

Excellent planters , amazing colours . These planters look good

I checked various company sites before making my selection of two different planters. The choice of heights and sizes was by far the best. They arrived very well packaged and unmarked . Very pleased with my choices the quality and paintwork, and will be ordering again in the near future,

I placed a preorder with Planters on 20th March for five planters and matching feet. I ordered expecting delivery on 1st April.
I received no further information about my order and when it failed to arrive, I contacted them to ask where it was. I was advised that it would now arrive on 7th April, which I accepted.
Once again the parcel did not arrive, despite a message from the carrier DHL, saying that it was delayed, and would arrive on 8th. I contacted Planters on 10th April for further clarification, and was advised that it was being collected and would arrive over the weekend of 11/12th April. The parcel did not arrive! I tracked my parcel using the DHL link which still showed my parcel delayed; basically my parcel was lost in the system but had been with them since 2nd April!
On 13th April I contacted Planters again for their update, and an explanation of why I was receiving information that did not hold true. I was basically fobbed off and told that it would take them a day to get in contact with DHL and that I would be called back. The call did not materialise and unprepared to wait any longer I called back and asked for a refund of my order. I was informed that until they could contact DHL to confirm that the order would not be delivered, I could not be refunded.
I explained that it was not my issue, and asked to speak to a manager, even offering to attend in person to get the matter resolved!
I was miraculously put through to a manager who issued my refund there and then, which I have now received.
Today, 17th April I have just turned away a DHL delivery of the items that I originally ordered! That’s 17 days late, with no customer support coming directly from Planters and despite me cancelling the order and being refunded.
Shocking company to deal with when things don’t go to plan, with dire customer service. Will never use them again!

Hi. The service is great and product is very good. However the returns policy not so good and trying to return large items was expensive.

Great range of products and prices. We could not find what we wanted in the garden centres and then found Planters and just what we were looking for. Excellent customer service. A sign of a good company is how they react when things don't quite go to plan. We had a glitch but Planters dealt with it efficiently and quickly. No hesitation in recommending Planters.

Great design, well made planters with options for rubber feet and linings.
