Disappointed when planter arrived with…
Disappointed when planter arrived with several dents in it. Packing was broken. However customer service did order new planter for us which arrived in perfect condition and looks very good. Did have to chase up delivery but overall very happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing
The order was dispatched promptly but there was little communication about delivery so 2/3 packages just showed up early one morning. The third package the next day. One of the packages was completely sodden and the cardboard mushy.
The product itself is really shoddily made. Particularly the trellis. The planter looks ok at a distance I can't believe I paid over £300 for something which looks like it was made by GCSE students. We had to add in extra screws just to secure the trellis to the planter.
The liner which we paid extra for doesn't fit the planter. It will need to be trimmed.
It wasn't clear to me that this was self assembly. You would think that instructions would be provided but I had to search for these online myself.
Really disappointed and I'll be making a complaint.

Our Copper coloured Zinc planters arrived on time, well packaged and look fantastic! No dents. We bought the trough and the tall square planter. We are doing a bit of remodelling in the garden so they have not yet been placed where we want to put them but very much looking forward to planting them up. The date of experience is a rough estimate but it is in the last few weeks that we purchased them

We ordered two green zinc planters back in July after waiting 2 months for them to come back into stock. The order was then cancelled as they were not actually in stock. After stating the issues in a review, this company phoned us up and assured us the planters were on their way.
We paid for multiple orders over the last 2 months and had all of them cancelled and refunded even after management confirmed they were available and didn't contact when they eveantually cancelled the orders...
We were told to expect the new order to be delivered by the end of September and now the ordered has been cancelled again......
We will be looking elsewhere.

A great product. Was worried it would be flimsy metal but it's sturdy and robust. I ordered the liner and that fits perfectly, coming right to the top of the planter and tucks underneath the lip at the top. Looks great planted up and I'm already looking where I can put another. Another plus it was delivered the next day. Definitely recommend this company and product.

Fantastic garden planters, so pleased with them. Great quality and the liners are fab. I ordered a grey and a rose pink and they look perfect in my garden.
