Great experience - Highly recommended
Great experience from start to finish. Ordered the 100x40x40cm zinc galvanised troughs in white. Website is easy to navigate. Good descriptions. Purchased 4. Well priced item including delivery. Dispatched the same day and delivered 2 days later.
Very happy with the quality. Well made troughs and all matching colour shade. Had to add a few more drainage holes but that was my preference. Purchased with the liners, again very good fit and excellent quality.
Was so happy with them i decided to purchase 2 more.
One of the second set was delivered badly damaged. Called Planters and was told to email with pictures. They handled the replacement perfectly. Sent out another one immediately. Cant fault them, very happy with the service and quality. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and i will definately be a returning customer.

I still haven't received my order.
I still haven't received my order.
I ordered back on 6th September with a 1-2 days delivery date.
Each time i have had to contact them. Via email as they themselves have not automatically kept me updated.First i was told it will be end of sept. Then told it will be beginning of Oct. Then told new stock coming 2nd Oct and I am still waiting.

The order was processed very quickly and I received my copper rectangular planter and liner within 4 days. All arrived in perfect condition and DHL kept me informed of my shipment.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend and had an excellent service.
My planter looks lovely and I love the colour.

Disappointed when planter arrived with…
Disappointed when planter arrived with several dents in it. Packing was broken. However customer service did order new planter for us which arrived in perfect condition and looks very good. Did have to chase up delivery but overall very happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing
The order was dispatched promptly but there was little communication about delivery so 2/3 packages just showed up early one morning. The third package the next day. One of the packages was completely sodden and the cardboard mushy.
The product itself is really shoddily made. Particularly the trellis. The planter looks ok at a distance I can't believe I paid over £300 for something which looks like it was made by GCSE students. We had to add in extra screws just to secure the trellis to the planter.
The liner which we paid extra for doesn't fit the planter. It will need to be trimmed.
It wasn't clear to me that this was self assembly. You would think that instructions would be provided but I had to search for these online myself.
Really disappointed and I'll be making a complaint.
