Right from the beginning , Tiffany had been very helpful in arranging visits for purchase of our apartment in kidbrooke village. She managed to get good negotiation done with the seller and ensured that the process spanning over several months. Additionally, buying a property involves several factors such as searches , safety acts , solicitors , immense documentations etc .
Tiffany went above and beyond to arrange snd ensure everything was in place. This ensured that the whole experience was extremely smooth .

This is a very professional team. What impressed me most was its high efficiency. The house I saw on Monday basically completed all the signing process on Wednesday. B&C Properties will guide you step by step through each process, which is especially suitable for people like me who are new to the UK. Nanny service. It's perfect. Michelle and Tiffany have been brilliant through the whole process of finding a new flat to rent. It has been smooth and incredibly quick from start to finish and we have been kept well informed along the way, a big contrast to our experience with other agencies. The referencing system they use was very good and sped up the process considerably.

I was staying in a hotel and had huge urgency to move in as quickly as possible.
They managed to move me in just 2 days , with such great support and speedy replies. Even though it was a shortlet and I all paid upfront ( quicker referencing process ) , it was still very impressive how fast I got in.
They also helped me settle in , installing new curtains and working out the wifi , etc...

Many thanks to Michelle, Shaq and Tiffany, they did an outstanding service .
