Poor Customer Service
communication was good but when product turned up was not the size of the Badge we sent as a sample, no use to us at all, and when contacted was told no discussion was made regards size and they assumed it was a different size and would not consider refund also asked for quote based on correct size and had no reply

To clarify, the quotation, artwork proof, and invoice all clearly stated the badge size at 70mm. This size was approved prior to production, and no alternative size was requested or queried at any stage. After the order was received, you mentioned that you had been focusing on the design rather than the size, and acknowledged that this was an oversight on your part.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to remake the badges at a reduced price, even though the original order was produced exactly as approved. We always aim to provide clear communication and fair resolutions, and we’re sorry we couldn’t reach an outcome that met your satisfaction on this occasion.

Good customer service and great products.
Prompt reply and eager to help design badges sending me mock ups to consider. Willing to change the colour scheme if required.
Would be great if delivery was a bit quicker, but I appreciate this delay is due to the high demand for their product.

I placed an urgent order for 500 lanyards for our clients. It was virtually impossible to get the order by 3rd Sept. To my surprise, Ben knocked on our door on 28th August with our order.
